To be fair we called them for emergency service on a holiday weekend. Emergency response would be…read more$395. The man I originally spoke with said it sounded like a minor problem (bathtub faucet would not turn off) and if it could be repaired within the initial hour there would be no additional charge. The guy who responded was very polite, but apparent he was an apprentice. He had to confer with another plumber via FaceTime the entire time he attempted repairs. He also had to go get parts, ok, then try to put them on. Total bill was $1,000 and a journeyman plumber had to come back the next day to finish the repairs because he didn't know how to do it. I also asked him to relight the water heater as it had been shutoff during the repair. He said my water heater was too old to relight and gave me a quote for $2,300 to replace it. After he left I relit it myself. The business owner above said they had tried to contact me several times but I don't recall hearing from anyone. I get it that apprentices need practical experience to learn but not at my expense. If you hire them to make repairs be sure you ask for an experienced plumber.

Waters installed the initial field so we returned to them, as the initial service was perfect. We were really pleased to work with Matt and Dan again. They were both so helpful and we knew the service would be excellent. They were a slightly higher quote than other companies, but our experience before was so good we decided to go with the company we knew had a great quality product and service. 10/10 for Waters!

We bought our house in 2020 and knew nothing about septic systems or what it meant to live on septic. Waters conducted our independent septic inspection and then also cleaned it out. They were great then and I had hoped we wouldn't see them again for another 5-7 years. Fast forward to today (2023), we began a permit process with Washoe County to put a shop on our property. When you're on septic you're required to go through the health department for verification of your septic system and ensure there's enough space on the property for repairs, etc. We opted to work with Waters through this process to get us through our health department nightmare. Dan Martin was our point of contact and let me tell you... this guy is AWESOME. He helped us navigate through what felt like a nightmare, coordinated with the health department directly, and was so so patient with me, my husband, and all the nuances we had to go through to document our septic system and seepage pit. I am beyond grateful for people like him who are professional, relatable, trustworthy, honest, and hard working. He never got annoyed with us and was so quick to support in whatever next step we needed to do for the health department. If you need septic support in any capacity, Waters should be your go-to. Starting with the people in the office to the folks in the field, they are true professionals and a top notch company.
