They were flexible when my timeline was extended slightly by a contractor, and upfront about a tiny bit of damage to a particleboard dresser (that shouldn't have withstood the moves I'd put it through prior to this, let alone the two moves that followed). Adam even fixed a loose doorknob on his way out of my home after providing his initial quote, something I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out. I only wish I had gone to them when the initial flood event occurred in my home, it would have no doubt saved me several months of inconsistent communication, botched remediation, and overbilling by the vendor chosen by my HOA. Two nice young men came to clean out the dryer vent in my new home. It was really plugged and…read moreneeded professionals to clean since it vented out the roof. No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

We worked with Jonathan as our project manager, and he was arguably the most helpful person in the entire process. He was able to coordinate between multiple vendors, especially after we had an unexpected positive result for asbestos come from a ceiling sample, which required that we also bring on an asbestos abatement company in addition to PuroClean and the construction company who did the rebuild.
