Now because I had "do not disturb mode" turned to "on" on my phone, I didn't realize she called me. So a couple days later, so I was calling other places to also get quotes and forgot this was the place I called to get a quote from, so when she realized it was me her tone was really rude towards me. So I apologized because I didn't want to get into an argument. She said she'd call me back, but never did... Until the next day, she called. I was sleeping because I work nights. So I'm not awake at 8 AM, or 11:30 AM. When I first asked for my quote, it was my day off so I was expecting a phone call that day, and never got one... I emailed her wondering what the heck is going on? And she said she lost my information, and needed what my car is, and etc. I gave her that information, and it's been over a week. Never got an email back. I emailed her the other day, wondering if she got my quote. Still she hasn't responded back. All this drama just to get a quote? Come on. For an "office manager" I'd expect you to be a lot more professional then that. Way to lose a new customer Samantha! Definitely finding a different place to get this work done.

When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

Rented a golf cart for Oshkosh. When we first got the cart, we got one without functioning brakes…read moreand were given a key. We were instructed to "don't leave the key in it so it doesn't get stolen, that's what happened to someone last time but you should be fine if you bring it with you." At one point we parked in a designated area L lot at the event and came back 3 hours later to find our golf cart stolen. When we contacted the Master Carts company, we were told "you need to pay full price for the cart right now, you're lucky it was a cheaper one it's your responsibility." After this we learned that we had a Yamaha golf cart that has a universal key- we were unaware of this and were never told when we rented it. After we continued to talk to the owner about the cart they demanded $3200 for this cart that did not have breaks. When we didn't immediately give in, the cart was suddenly found and they told us about a ring of thieves and that it probably just got moved. We went and looked for it and found it in a different lot. It was very fishy. The owner Bob did not sound like he was being honest with us. I would rent a cart again due to the convenience. But beware any cart that you rent from someone make sure that you bring a cable and a lock for the event.
