My favorite Greek place to stop by for lunch or a quick dinner. The gyro special is a my go to. Gyro is a large size and pita bread is always warm and fluffy. Fries are amazing espically with some feta cheese on top. Free refills on drinks. The lady that is usually working is very nice. read more

Great food at decent prices. I've tried their gyros, Greek salad, Greek fries, calamari and lamb kokinisto. Food is always fresh, tasty and served with a smile. I was bummed because this place used to be a Latin deli that served empanadas, and when I went to get my empanada fix I found out they closed and this place took over. I decided to give this place a try and now it's my go-to Greek food fix. Formerly living in Westchester, I used to frequent Nikko's Taverna which was the only place I got great Greek food. When I moved to Rockland it sucked not being able to easily get my Greek food fix until this place opened. Got of the parkway for gas, also needed food, fired up yelp and saw a five star rated place. We were not disappointed! Everything was seriously delicious. Living in Rockland has been difficult for my palate, I am constantly looking for yummy places to eat. I read reviews for this place and decided that Friday night take out would be from here. WOW!! I was very pleased with the chicken and pork Sluvaki platter, the fried calamari was a little soggy but it was because it was take out and the moisture caused that. Definitely will visit to have sit down meal next time. Glad to have a Greek food option close to home. read more

Decided to give Gyro Point Plus a try. We choose take out, the Chicken Souvlaki Platter with French fries. The service was fast, friendly staff & priced right. The meal was hearty, the chicken was well seasoned and plenty in the warm soft pita, the Greek salad was great they even added a yummy stuffed grape leaf. The fries were scratch made and well seasoned. We will definitely be back, highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic Greek food read more

there's quite a few "greek" spots in and around rockland but this place is the real deal. if you want a proper gyro, this is spot. tzatziki was authentic and there was a hearty amount of meat as opposed to being crammed full of lettuce and tomato like other spots. looking forward to my next visit. read more

I can't get passed the King Gyro. Double meat heaven. My wife has had the Veggie Gyro on 2 different occasions. Each time the vegetables were excellent. The Resturant has good seating and is very clean. One reviewer wrote parking was limited. Not true. Directly in front of the establishment this might be true, when it's very busy. Across the street, approx 25 yards, is a big parking lot with plenty of open parking. read more

I grew up eating Greek food at friends houses and this place is just like the food I ate from Greek mother's ..It is so hard to find really delicious stuffed grape leaves and they have the best..Everything I've ever eaten there has been perfect..Moist and flavorful and good sized portions and very very clean too..The red caviar dip is awesome!! Customer service is excellent. I had a Greek salad which was awesome. The only detractor that I have is the hummus... I frequent Greek restaurants around the area and I know good hummus... The hummus here tasted like it was pre-made. Too much vinegar, not enough garlic or salt. If it was Homemade there would be a distinct flavor of garlic, quality olive oil and seasoned with salt. I judge a great Greek joint on their hummus because a lot like to phone it in. Call yourself Greek, then make a great Homemade hummus. read more
