Came here on a Tuesday night for a quick dinner. The place is clean and quiet. I got the shawarma and it was prepared fairly quick. Food tasted decent but bland and dry to my taste.

The food here was fresh and filling but the flavors were lacking. I got a chicken gyro while mom got the chicken gyro salad. My gyro was yummy but the seasoning/flavor of the meat was a bit too bland. I pulled a few pieces out just to try them but I couldn't notice anything special. The gyro as a whole was good, it just tasted more like a normal chicken sub. I had half of the salad and I really enjoyed it. While the chicken suffered the same lack of bold flavor, the salad was super fresh and delicious. Great dressing as well. We tried the chocolate Nutroll and I thought it was a great little treat. It was fairly dense and very similar to baklava but I have no complaints! It's a good thing we chose to eat in the car outside the restaurant because about halfway through our meal I realized the guy working never put our Nutroll in the to go bag. I ran inside and let him know and he quickly apologized and wrapped it up for us so that was good. So I'm a little mixed. I did enjoy the food here but the chicken just didn't have any special flavor to it. I would probably come back again if I was looking for lunch in the area as the food was high quality and filling for an affordable price, but just be aware the chicken was a little disappointing and thus didn't give me that feeling of, "oh my gosh I can't wait to come back!"

I had a very nice experience here. Was in the area and hungry so of course I had to look for the highest rated place nearby! We tried the gyro plate and a side of falafel. The gyro plate had a generous portion of meat over rice, fresh and tasty Greek salad, tzatziki, and a pita bread. The rice was a little dry but still not bad. The falafel was very good. Service was flawless and friendly, and parking was ample.

We ordered to go, they messed up the order, not the end of the world, they fixed it. Now to the food, this was the worst chicken shawarma I have eaten in Washington state, the chicken was dry the sauce was ass, I mean shawarma needs to be flavorful, a tad spicy but it should be tasted though the whole dish, it was basically dry chicken, over yellow basmati rice, and and tiny bit of not flavorful sauce, the salad was also bland, the only saving grace was the hummus which was pretty good, that was a one and done for sure, the Mediterranean truck near my house which was closed tonight is a million times better. Oh I forgot about the pita, it was hard and not fresh like brah. Literally old ass pita bread not fresh not good.

It's a bit chili in here, I wish I'd known that beforehand. Usually I want to be warm and comfy for lunch during winter time. The food was amazing. Giant portions, I could barely finish what I ordered. My leftovers were enough to feed me another meal. The service was friendly and fast.

Based off of my first and only experience....I'm rocking with it lol. I like this place!!! The people and the food are both authentic. When I walked in a gentleman came from the back and greeted me, there was already someone working as well. I went over the menu and decided on the falafel sandwich combo with a side salad. He made my order and handed me my bag and I was thinking "wow, this is really light" there was no weight to the food. I guess as Americans we expect the heavier the food, the more we are getting. We excuse quantity for quality and as long as we are given big portions, we are happy. Well I will say this, I wasn't expecting what I received. The salad was amazing, I loved it! I was expecting a pretty basic salad and it was a nice, well put together side, Greek salad. But the gyro, man....the falafels were soooooooo good! On the first bite I could taste the mint! That says a lot because a lot of falafels that are made, you can't taste the mint. That means they put a good amount in it. The falafel was light and well seasoned. The tahini was good and the vegetables were fresh. The quality of the food outweighed everything. The only draw back was the smoke inside, I wouldn't be able to sit inside and eat. But that could've just been a situation that day. Who knows. I would recommend and I will be back.

Their food is absolutely amazing. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients and service. Not only is each bite packed with flavor but the store is rated Excellent and YES is is in fact excellent. The service is amazing, they're friendly but not overly talkative. Straight and direct how i love it. The place is clean and doesn't have any odors it's a nice place to grab a bite.

Second visit and the service is great again. Food is delicious with good portions for a reasonable price. Got the classic gyro which was...classic. Greek salad was fresh and tasty. Fries were hot and right out of the fryer. Loved the smoky baba (comes with soft warm pita like used for the gyro). Definitely will keep coming back.

The food is sooooo good! Gyro fries are a must have! Gyro plate and shawarma plate were amazing! Portions were good sized and although we were full, we just couldn't stop! In addition to the good food, the customer service was on point! They really want to make sure that you enjoy their food... and we definitely enjoyed ours! THANK YOU!! I haven't posted a review in a long time, especially in an area that I don't even live in anymore, but this one was a must! My kids insist on coming back every time we are back in town!

The food from Gyro Flame is crazy flavorful. Everytime I eat here, I find myself nodding my head, as though the food is having a conversation with me and I'm agreeing with every word. The Gyro Flame fries could be a restaurant concept on their own. Outrageously good. But what impresses me the most is how the veggies in their gyros are all seasoned. It might seem like such a small thing, but that extra bit of respect for the veggies makes such a difference in the overall product. You simply won't find a bland bite of food here. Pricing seems appropriate for the quality and quantity of food you get. A single gyro is large enough to satisfy one normal person. Add fries and most people would be stuffed. If this same food was served on nice plates in a more upscale location, I bet people would gladly pay $3-5 more per dish. Really really great stuff.

Great food you have to try the feta fries they are phenomenal! Ended up with the chicken kebab salad because I'm gluten-free. The gyro meat is not gluten-free, and he explained most people just buy it premade and it comes with wheat in it as a binder. read more

Super good new place in Auburn! I really love Greek food and this did not disappoint. I particularly loved the hummus, so flavorful!! I understand now, why it called 'Gyro Flame' !!! THE FOOD IS FIRE! I just ate, correction, tried to eat a gyro sandwich and Greek fries. Caution, the Greek fries are a meal by its self. Man, I'm " full'er than a hound tick"! I suggest make some room in your belt. The servings are plentiful! The fries are hot! The lamb meat is succulent! Went today and it was not busy, I think they just opened. First off, so happy to have a Gyro Place that isn't D'Lara. In Auburn that was your only choice, unless you count Athens Pizza which doesn't have Lamb. 1st time there I started with Classic Lamb/Beef Gyro and Greek Fries. Gyro was SO GOOD, diced cucumbers was a welcome change and they loaded it with meat and it was juicy and warm. A really good gyro. Greek fries had good flavor. My one issue (it's yelp so we're petty) is that all the deliciousness was on top. Once I ate the top layer of delicious Garlic Sauce and feta with fries I was left with half seasoned fries and I yearned for more sauce (My wife says put it in a bowl and toss it next time). My wife went in to order and said staff was super nice. All in all great food and great experience. WILL go back again. read more

We live in Puyallup, so this restaurant is a lil too far from us. But we were driving home from a hike today and wanted to give this place a try! The original gyro was delicious and the serving was a good size, they give you a big amount of fries too. Super yummy & it hit the spot! The man at the counter was kind as well. My family's power was out all day, so we decided to grab lunch here. We are so excited to have this place just 5 minutes from our house! The food is AMAZING, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is so nice! He lives in the area and you can tell he works hard to provide great food from high-quality ingredients. They even have highchairs, to accommodate our 1-year-old, who also loves the food (especially the lentil soup). Our gyro sandwiches were up there with the best we've ever had. Side dishes cost between $4 and $13 and main dishes between $10 and $17. We enjoyed each dish--fresh ingredients and great flavors all the way around. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Absolutely delicious. Family wanted Gyros and shawarmas for a birthday dinner, we had never tried this place before but saw all the great reviews and it did not disappoint! We had gyro sandwiches, shawarma sandwich, shawarma plates, greek fries, and it was all completely fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, I could say so many other things. But I'm ultimately going to be a repeat customer. read more

The hummus was absolutely a standout, with delicious ratios of creamy chickpeas and tangy tahini, garlic, and fresh veggies on top. The Karak tea was a perfect balance of sweet and spiced flavors, absolutely a must try if you like chai or similar spiced coffees/teas. The shawarma plate had fresh veggies, even more hummus, and tons of chicken and rice. Everything was well cooked and delicious. The service was very fast, and the employee I talked to was so friendly! He gave me a free maple donut to snack on while I waited for my to-go order. It paired very nicely with the delicious Karak tea. Inside, the restaurant is very clean and home-y with nice decorations and lots of tables. I will 100% be back here! The menu is large with plenty of vegetarian options alongside the typical meat shawarma plates, gyros, and sandwiches. They also have a wide selection of donuts, sweets, and American food if someone in your group isn't a huge fan of Mediterranean. The parking lot is small and it can be easy to drive past the turn in, but don't skip it! I will be back!
