I have been going to this Mediterranean for a while and I really love the place. The place is kind of expensive but I think it's worth it for the food. I usually get their combo because it has a great mix of gyro(lamb) and chicken as well as the the rice and a bunch of vegetables. The vegetables really balance out the dish and it doesn't make you feel bad after. I would suggest, to swap out red onions for grilled white onions if you don't like onions like me. But the best thing here is their house sauce. This sauce is one of the best sauces I have ever had. It brings so much flavor that I would usually ask for extra sauce. However, nothing is perfect. Sometimes their cucumbers are really bitter and it ruins the bite but you can just take it out if it taste bad. Enjoy the food... that's if you can eat all of it. It is very filling and you'll probably walk out with a to go box. read more

Excellent gyro place just off the square in downtown Denton! The other reviews are what sold me and I was not disappointed. I had the gyro with chicken. Everything tasted so fresh and the pita was fluffy and delicious. My sister is a vegetarian and she enjoyed her falafel and fries. So disappointed. The first time I had your food it was wonderful. Yesterday however, I received food that was contaminated with what I believe to be some sort of cleaning agent. The taste was off from the first bite but I just rationalized maybe it was the olives or feta as those are both strongly tasting. Thankfully after only a few bites I stopped eating and threw it out because my mouth and throat began burning and it was clear that either intentionally or unintentionally, some chemical agent was mixed with the food. All night long I was having to clear my throat and it's still scratchy. 24 hours later I can still taste it the chemical taste. I'm guessing that some of your food containers were cleaned at some point and either weren't rinsed out or weren't dried out prior to adding food for the line. If your employees are either too incompetent or negligent when it comes to cleaning equipment thoroughly prior to using them for food preparation, then I won't be eating their again and I caution anyone else as well. TL:DR food was contaminated with chemicals that made me sick. read more

It was our first try here. We spotted it out of no were. It looks like it's a new restaurant. Very new, clean, the service was great. Very helpful for first timers like us. Recommended items were spot on. The gyro is huge and the small fries are a great portion as well. Food nice and hot. Taste fresh and very yummy! I prefer my updates to be stand alone reviews, but unfortunately, I'm not a good enough writer to do this one without referring to my previous review. Sorry. :/ TLDR version: My husband and I really like this place a lot and will continue to eat here and order delivery. I want to give it 4 1/2 stars, but due to some consistency issues, I can't just yet. It's great though! A day or two after my initial review, I received a message from the business owner. They stated they made some changes to the packaging of their fries for delivery, explained what they were and offered a complimentary honey baklava roll if I came in and asked for her. When I got that message I was ready to give them 5 stars right there. I have the upmost respect for any business owner who is open to feedback and making changes for the sustainability of their business and to keep customers happy. Major bravo right there! Later that week we ordered delivery again and she didn't lie! The fries were in a different container with the sauce on the side. They weren't crispy, but as I said in my last review, nobody can get mad at fries not being crispy for delivery if they are safely packaged. They were still very good, like the first ones! By the way, not crispy doesn't mean floppy or soggy, they are quite firm. I have seen them try different things with the packaging since then such as poke holes in the top and use a paper wrapper at the bottom. I appreciate they are experimenting to try and give their delivery customers the same experience as their dine in customers. Honestly the only thing I can think of isn't efficient or possible for every order, unless they are slow that day. I suppose they could make the fries first, keeping them open like in store, and not package them until the rest of the order is ready. Anyways, enough speculation- the gyro feta fries are absolutely delicious and I only bring this up in so much detail to make the point that they actually read the reviews and care about their customer service. We've now had Gyro 360 a total of five times and both my husband and I really like this place. We have every intention to continue giving them business, as we did again this week. We essentially order the exact same thing every time, which is pretty rare for us. This is partly due to their limited menu, but I'm not mad at any place that does a few things and does them well. It's also difficult to stray from things you enjoy sometimes. My husband always gets The OG Original Gyro, I always get the Gyro Bowl (only did the combo with chicken the first time) and of course we get the Gyro Feta Fries. The OG Original Gyro isn't as good a value as other things on the menu. The bowls and fries are such generous portions that the gyro feels overpriced in comparison. However, when I look at it by itself I guess that's typical of many places, so it's fair. My husband loves it and I want to update a comment I made in my previous review about the gyro meat. I said I loved how it was chopped small and crispy, but on the OG it's long slices and gets a little greasy. The very next time it was crispy, in fact most of the time it is. They Gyro Bowl the second time had thick greasy chunks and wasn't crispy at all. This made me so sad, not because it tasted bad, but because I was so crazy about how it was prepared the first time! The last several times have been half and half with mostly crispy little pieces and some fatter chunks mixed in. The other night it was more than half beautiful little crispy slices, but there were 3 full slices tossed in that weren't chopped at all...weird. It was the first time it happened, so I have to assume someone just got lazy and said screw it. What has never varied is that the rice, veggies and sauce are spot on every time. They are delicious, fresh and the veggies stay crisp. I really love getting the bowl and it's always 3 meals for me! In fact, I've suggested my husband try the bowl next time and just order a few sides of pita. Which leads me to the final rating. I love a small business that takes customer feedback seriously and is putting out a good product. We love the food here and will continue to give them our business. We truly feel it's 4 1/2 stars and the only reason I rounded down instead of up is because consistency is so important. Besides, the gyro is kind of the star of the show, it shouldn't vary so often. Right now, I like this place enough that I'm okay with rolling the dice between excellent and pretty good. :) read more

Conclusion: really delicious food at good prices - excellent gyro place for the gluten free or anyone else not focused on pita. Pros: their gyro and chicken bowls are fantastic and full of flavor. Plus full enough of food you will probably take some home. Really like their 360 bowl which adds more veggies and cheese. The felafel are really good and they have an option to have it stuffed with cheese and jalapeños. Cons: not a large selection. Would like to have baba ganoush and dolmas. Wow, I'm honestly impressed. I used to frequent this location regularly when it was the previous establishment and I finally went back to try the new Gyro360 and I am glad I did. The facility is nicely renovated with modern decor. Everything was spotless clean. There are plenty of tables and a big TV on one end of the large, open dining room. You walk in and the ordering counter is right up front with a large menu plus hand-held menus if you want to step back and consider the options. They are perfectly happy to explain the options and they can do customizations - just tell them what you like! The crew was super nice and patient. You place your order at the counter and seat yourself. The fountain drinks are self-serve. Gyro with Chicken. This is also available with tradition beef & lamb. Very good. The pita was warm and soft, there was plenty of chicken, and the sauce was very fresh. Spicy 360 with chicken. This comes in a wheat wrap with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and thinly sliced fresh jalapenos. It wasn't too spicy and the flavors were well balanced. The "House Sauce" is fantastic. Mediterranean Salad with the option for added protein. The salad was very fresh and much larger than I anticipated. It was great. Fries. I got the standard fries but they offer them with all types of finishings such as feta, sauce, spice, etc. They came out piping hot and crispy. Super good! There are usually parking spots available nearby on this side of the Square which makes it easy to get in and out if you have limited time. My friend and I wanted something different to eat. We found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. It's on the square in Denton so depending on the time of day parking can be tricky. We managed to get lucky and found a spot. Upon entering they have paper menus and chalk board menus above the register. The cashier was very friendly and patient as we decided on what to eat. You can eat in the restaurant, or to go or call in your order. We ordered the 360 wrap, Mediterranean salad, Pico de Gyro and fries. All came out fairly quickly and hot! The 360 wrap was tasty. I didn't care for the sauce it came with. The salad was good as well. My friend loved the Pico de Gyro and said the fries were some of the best he's had in a while (I agree). We both had waters as well. Altogether this ran us about $28 (a little on the expensive side). The cashier and cook both came out to check on us and were very friendly. The restrooms were clean as well. My only suggestion is adding a managers special or something similar to the menu where you get half a Gyro and a half Mediterranean salad for $8-10. read more

Gyro 360 is one of my favorite places. I don't always have to have white tablecloths, soft light and music. Many times clean, well lit, with good service and food is more than enough. They have vegetarian options, but I love gyros too much to go there. One of the outstanding things there are the fries. They do an exceptional job of cooking fries. I haven't been everywhere in town, but I am sure they have the best fries in Denton! The outside is crisp and cooked enough to be flavorful, the inside is soft and tender. The fries aren't greasy. I don't know if they are using frozen fries or cutting fresh potatoes, but whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! If you want more fry goodness, get the fries topped with feta cheese or with gyro meat. Those dishes are enough to delight, and fill, two people. read more

Absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I ordered the Gyro Bowl ($8.99), the Spicy 360 w/ Gyro ($7.99), and the Feta Fries ($5.99) to share. The fries seemed a little pricey to me at first, but after taking the first bite it all became worth it. They are now my favorite fries in Denton! Perfectly crispy, excellent seasoning, and the house sauce + feta on top was to die for. The Spicy 360 wrap was delicious! The spicy level was mild but if you want to kick these up a notch, they have a sauce on the side to do the trick. I will absolutely order that again on my next visit. Stopped here on way to UNT Graduation. Very clean and easy to read menu. I had Mediterranean salad with Gyro meat. Very good portion size. Gyro meat was among best I've had in terms of texture, seasoning and flavor. The rest of the salad was a winner too. Lettuce, red onion, olives, cucumbers, etc. Finally, the Taziki sauce and Greek vinaigrette were both good on the salad. This place is a pretty good spot here in Denton. I truly love the Feta fries they are so amazing. I give it a 3 because when I get the bowl it can be pretty dry even though I add extra Tahiti sauce. Recently out of the whole bowl they gave me one half slice of tomato and a lot of rice, lettuce and onion. Every time is different but I would definitely suggest letting them know what you want more or less of! If you don't you might end up with more or less of certain ingredients. Either way I would suggest trying this place just to see if you like it. I truly do enjoy the falafel. read more

I've eaten their gyro bowls on several occasions and have always felt satisfied. The lettuce and tomato in the bowl is also so fresh. My fiancé and I can easily share one bowl and it's the perfect portion size. The inside dining area is clean and with ample seating no matter the time of day that you go. The staff are very friendly too. We also made a to-go order recently due to the stay at home ordinance. The call-in process was very easy and my order was ready by the time I arrived! I ordered my usual gyro bowl and I was very happy that our order was prepared as requested. This was when I decided I would order the regular fries and I was glad I did! While it's not a traditional gyro, it's delicious nonetheless and the portions are great. The menu isn't too big, you can order a salad, a bowl (my favorite), or a sandwich, but it's all good and has the option of lamb/beef, chicken, or falafel. The sides are all excellent as well. read more
