Two nights for under 200 bucks downtown, That's not bad at all. Everybody was very nice. Checkout time was 10 AM, which I thought was a little bit early, I asked if I could have an extra hour and a check out at 11, and they said no problem at all.,, The hotel is in a good location, and yes, it's a bit old, but it's kept very well. There's an indoor pool, a fitness center, a guest Laundry, a guest lounge including a computer, TV, as well as a pool table, and video games. Snacks and sodas are also available from a machine for a very reasonable price. My room was very nice. It was a full on studio. The place was clean, the TV had a good picture, and there was a full kitchenette, with cups, plates, silverware, a fridge, a microwave, even a regular stove. For the price, I thought it was a very good deal, especially since it's only about a 10 minute walk from the arch. There were a few minor things that caused me to take off one star. First of all, when I checked in on Friday at about 5 PM, there was only one person working the counter, and several people waiting in line. It would've been nice to have another person checking people in. The Wi-Fi was good, and fast enough to stream video most of the time. Every now and then, it would slow down and buffer a little bit. But overall, it worked well. The bed was just a tad bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got a good night sleep. Finally, while the shower was clean, . Housekeeping just needed to scrub a little bit harder around the moulding. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they said they would fix the problem. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat! Thanks.

It took the front desk/housekeeping three days to bring me a blanket, and that was because I went down to the desk three days in a row! Otherwise, the room is stocked well with kitchen supplies and is clean. The front desk staff has been nice, aside from the second woman whom i asked a blanket from. Instead of addressing my concern, she retorted about my service animal not being checked in by the other desk agent. That was very uncomfortable, and took me several minutes to do something I thought would take a sec. The thermostat says 67. It isn't over 60 in this room. Overnight lows nearing freezing and the bed is a few feet from the slider. Wow. I could've spent my $1800 somewhere else and not have to freeze my ass aff. ***** UPDATE: I went to the front desk to ask about the thermostat. The young lady explained that this building was constructed in 1930 and has one main heat source that will remain off for another week. She then gave me a space heater that quicly warmed the room to a comfy 72. Give that young lady a raise!

Well... let's just say the name is deceiving. My wife booked this place using our RCI timeshare…read moremembership. We haven't really used our timeshare much and we were in town for some business and she wanted to "save" money by using the timeshare. Location (1/5): located in the downtown area, it was not in what I would characterize as a nice part of town. We drove by groups of people dealing drugs and using drugs along the small streets. During the day it was better, but I wouldn't wander outside at night on foot. Parking (1/5): when there are no guests, parking can be ok... they have underground parking as well as a few spots for tall vehicles in front of the lobby... however, the garage is extremely tight with many spots that require very careful backing into to fit. Spaces are also very narrow, so you end up with jerks who take up two spots on purpose. Decor (1/5): imagine the decor in "Godfather"... reminded me of the 70's or 80's. Carpet was stained and worn. Rooms were dismally dated and drab. Also, the door to our room had an almost two inch gap underneath it so I had the pleasure of looking into the hallway when I laid in bed. Amenities (1/5): There is an indoor pool, common TV area, putting green, bbq area, game room, wifi access, in room TV's with DVD player (you can borrow DVDs in the lobby). If you enjoy taking showers and staying clean, be aware that at best the showers are only Luke warm. Worst case is extremely cold. For some reason the water from the sink got nice and warm yet the showers never get warm. Might have to wash yourself at the sink instead. Service (4/5): this one area was a bright spot on our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They make the best of what they have to work with and do it with a pleasant attitude and smile.

I did not use the pool so I can comment on that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was terrible but the toiletries were plentiful. The thing that pushes this hotel into the 4 star range is its location. This place is located less than a two minute walk to the river walk (which is beautiful and has TONS of restaurants and bars as well as a movie theater. The hotel also has pool and and crude mini golf (good enough for kids). Now, this is no "four star" like the Marriott but my experience or recommendation for you is 4 stars. Not sure if that makes sense.

It took ~1.5 months to get someone in there and things were going well. After the first couple months it felt like there was little to no communication from the property manager to me, the homeowner. Tenants would be late paying their rent and I would have to reach out to the property manager asking where the rent was for the month even though we were 12+days into that month. The property manager did not check on the house periodically, so the tenants trashed the place. The worst part was when the tenant did not pay rent and stopped communicating with the property manager. The manager took 22 days before producing the 7 day rent payment notice and then took another 3 weeks after the tenant vacated to get contractors to provide a quote to fix the place. Sigua mentioned they had multiple contractors they regularly use and turn around properties quickly, which felt like a lie with the incredibly slow action that was taken with my property. My property was mismanaged and vacant for 3 months during what should have been cosmetic repairs that should only take ~2 weeks. The contractor then waited 3 months to produce an inaccurate invoice where they tried to overcharge me. I would never trust my home or business with Sigua or any of its affiliates again. They were not helpful, transparent, or proactive in managing my property at all. I moved my property to another management company and have had a much smoother successful arrangement.
