After weeks of being passed from person to person, getting nowhere, and receiving what felt like complete indifference, we're the opposite of well. We purchased a stationary bike, and when a part broke, customer support was nowhere to be found. No meaningful follow-up, no solution, no sense that anyone actually cared about helping after the sale. If cardio burns calories, trying to get customer service from this company burns patience. Needless to say, this was our first and last purchase. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, where "customer service" isn't treated like optional equipment. So long, Johnson Fitness & Wellness. Thanks for the workout in frustration.

His name is Enrique and he was very knowledgeable about the bike and he was very patient with me (I'm 77) while discussing the bike. It was delivered to my house and since then Enrique has helped me further with my phone questions about all the interesting functions of this quality bike.

Whether you already are a Peloton customer or you're looking into getting the bike/tread, this store really has something for everyone. For those interested in buying the bike/tread; this is the best place to start doing your research. They have both pieces of workout on display and you can actually test them out! The store was generously staffed and everyone was super nice and welcoming. You can do walk-ins or make an appointment online so they can be ready for you if you're more serious about buying. Peloton owners will also love this location. They had a nice selection of workout clothes, water bottles, mugs, and even dumbbells (!!!) which are sold out on the Peloton website. I got to chat with one of the employees and left with a nice pin for getting my first 100 rides on the bike. I loved this store and I can't wait to return! It felt like the Apple store of fitness.

The kicker is that I even brought my 7 year old thinking that I was going to put in an order and walk out. Not at all the case. Rather than worry about searching for shoes, mats, and resistance bands, I just upgraded my purchase to include this option. My son was trying to get in on the fun so the Manager set up a Family Fitness session on one of the bikes. My son was immediately engaged and felt like part of the community. It was a great experience where we both left feeling included in the community. Thank you to Peloton Coral Gables.
