The mix of the versaclimber and Pilates reformer is perfect in my opinion. The studio is immaculate and very cool with an industrial/modern feel (the lighting system is an awesome touch). Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a high intensity/low impact workout that includes resistance training and stretching.

With 2 employees and all but 3 customers in the store,(my mother and I included) you think that after 20 minutes of browsing someone could have helped us. I guess not.The older gentleman with grayish hair at the desk didn't acknowledge our presence at all. I kinda felt like he didnt want to help due to our physique, not sure but thats just the vibe I got from this place. Anyway we realized after a while that we were not going to get any help and found the same machine at walmart for almost $500 off their price.

Johnson Fitness & Wellness? Based on our experience, they might want to reconsider the "Wellness"…read morepart. After weeks of being passed from person to person, getting nowhere, and receiving what felt like complete indifference, we're the opposite of well. We purchased a stationary bike, and when a part broke, customer support was nowhere to be found. No meaningful follow-up, no solution, no sense that anyone actually cared about helping after the sale. If cardio burns calories, trying to get customer service from this company burns patience. Needless to say, this was our first and last purchase. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, where "customer service" isn't treated like optional equipment. So long, Johnson Fitness & Wellness. Thanks for the workout in frustration.

It was delivered to my house and since then Enrique has helped me further with my phone questions about all the interesting functions of this quality bike.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location while trying to exchange a pickleball…read morepaddle. The paddle felt off right out of the packaging, and we simply requested an even exchange. The store manager, Angela or Angelica, was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction. They brought out a replacement paddle from the back that had clearly been opened, dirty and the face of the paddle had clear signs of use. The handle wrap was missing and dirty. We asked for another, pointing out that this one had no original packaging either. When doing the exchange she told us that without the original wrapping, our paddle couldn't be resold and therefore couldn't be exchanged. When we mentioned that they were just about to give us a paddle in the same unwrapped condition, she had no response. We also pulled up the official return policy, which states: "For other items, we may accept returns for items that are clean and in good condition, even if they have been opened, tried on, or tested." There is no mention that pickleball paddles are excluded or that original packaging is required for these items. Despite calmly explaining our position, she told us, "Being difficult is not going to get you anywhere," even though we repeatedly made it clear that we weren't trying to be difficult we were just asking for fairness. She finally agreed to the exchange, but not without saying, "I'm going to do this one time, but don't do it again," in a tone that felt more like we were children being reprimanded than paying customers. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. We expected consistency with store policy and basic respect neither of which we received.

Whether you already are a Peloton customer or you're looking into getting the bike/tread, this store really has something for everyone. For those interested in buying the bike/tread; this is the best place to start doing your research. They have both pieces of workout on display and you can actually test them out! The store was generously staffed and everyone was super nice and welcoming. You can do walk-ins or make an appointment online so they can be ready for you if you're more serious about buying. Peloton owners will also love this location. They had a nice selection of workout clothes, water bottles, mugs, and even dumbbells (!!!) which are sold out on the Peloton website. I got to chat with one of the employees and left with a nice pin for getting my first 100 rides on the bike. I loved this store and I can't wait to return! It felt like the Apple store of fitness.
