When I tell you, I've never experienced such a hostile aggressive person. This was my first time encountering someone who literally tried to compare me and my spouse to being a business owner and an employer, like himself and putting myself in his situation because he was trying to punish an employee in front of us for telling us lies that we could not get a discount basically he is unprofessional his demeanor gives off aggressive. It was to the point that I felt uncomfortable. I literally told that man it's the holidays cheer up be nicer to your employees and guest he continued to taunt me and the whole situation was unprofessional and weird half he gave me the 10% discount on the shoe because it was a display and he told the staff member in front of I'm gonna deal with you later. They also seem to have a variety of shoes, and things to clean shoes which are easy to use. The only thing that sucked is that they don't have a variety of colored shoelaces. But they do have the standard black/white shoelaces and it's the flat shoelaces not the ones that are round (if it that makes sense) and they have two different lengths. The workers where nice and helpful and I had no issues or complaints about this visit.

My wife and I have been to quite a few, and found it to be a good place to buy department store quality (i.e. not clothes specifically made for an outlet) for reduced prices. This location had the one thing we look for: a large clearance area for both women and men, and this store fit that bill well. It has free wi-fi, which was appreciated. It didn't seem too busy while browsing throughout the store, but then realized how high the throughput was when having to wait in a very long line. They had all registers going, and the line moved surprisingly quickly. We were just window shopping, but I ended up buying some Nike briefs that were double clearanced, making it well over 50% off.

It is day 2 still no email I've called about 9 times and no one has picked up no option for voicemail I called corporate customer service where the only option they gave me was to cancel for a refund or go to the store myself. I didn't really see a lot of sales staff, it seemed more just try things on your own which is fine with me though there are staff around at the front if you have questions or need help.
