We had a very disappointing experience at this location while trying to exchange a pickleball paddle. The paddle felt off right out of the packaging, and we simply requested an even exchange. The store manager, Angela or Angelica, was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction. They brought out a replacement paddle from the back that had clearly been opened, dirty and the face of the paddle had clear signs of use. The handle wrap was missing and dirty. We asked for another, pointing out that this one had no original packaging either. When doing the exchange she told us that without the original wrapping, our paddle couldn't be resold and therefore couldn't be exchanged. When we mentioned that they were just about to give us a paddle in the same unwrapped condition, she had no response. We also pulled up the official return policy, which states: "For other items, we may accept returns for items that are clean and in good condition, even if they have been opened, tried on, or tested." There is no mention that pickleball paddles are excluded or that original packaging is required for these items. Despite calmly explaining our position, she told us, "Being difficult is not going to get you anywhere," even though we repeatedly made it clear that we weren't trying to be difficult we were just asking for fairness. She finally agreed to the exchange, but not without saying, "I'm going to do this one time, but don't do it again," in a tone that felt more like we were children being reprimanded than paying customers. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. We expected consistency with store policy and basic respect neither of which we received. read more

I came here to buy a Yeti cooler because I didn't feel like waiting for the online option. They really had a section for every outdoorsy activity under the Sun which made it quite entertaining to peruse the aisles. While they do carry a limited supply on shelves, their online ordering portal is extremely user friendly which helps out a lot. I found what I wanted and was immediately assisted with great service. The staff member even searched and inquired if I could find the cooler in a different color before I solidified my purchase. I enjoyed my visit here and know now that I can shop for many different things all in one place. This is one of their larger stores which is why I chose it over the Dadeland option and I'm glad I did. I personally love buying quality beachy items because of how often I tend to host most of my leisurely activities in the great outdoors (specifically the water.) If you sign up for their rewards system, you'll gain points from all your purchases as an incentive redeemable on future visits making it easy to shop here for all your outdoor needs. read more

I didn't have any particular need to visit this new Dick's Sporting Goods store, but we were also visiting the new Ross next door and the brand new Home Depot nearby. This plaza was just recently built and it's very close to the new Topgolf. This Dick's store cannot be missed. The signage is gynormous. Walking in, couldn't help but notice how clean and organized this store was. We checked out some of the treadmills, ellipticals, and weight lifting machines since they had a pretty good selection. We also looked at some golf clubs as they had a mini golf display with artificial turf. Pretty neat. Will probably come back when I need to buy something. read more

But, they seems to have a lot of stock of just about everything else, especially clothing. Walking around here is pretty simple and it feels nice and clean. The Sales Associates are clueless and not equipped to give you this critical piece of information. We purchased a bike for our son that was wholly and without a doubt defective. when we went to return the bike we were told the 90 return policy does not apply to bicycles and pointed to the small print on a sticker at the registers that states so. When we purchased the bike, we had no idea that we had 24 hours to decide, not to mention that we kept it hidden for 6 weeks since it was a Christmas gift for our son. The sales associate told us we had no worries whatsoever, we could return it FOR ANY reason within 90 days. The bicycle technician told us 60 days but said 90 days was at the manager's discretion.
