We'd gotten several quotes and, I'll be honest here, I wanted to go a cheaper route with a different provider. My wife, being the smarter one of us, stood her ground and insisted we use Absolute. She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. As my wife said while standing her ground - "there are some things you just don't try to cheap out on!" I'll learn one day. Maybe.

Alex Brown Your review SJ Wooley 1 review a day ago NEW I just called this company to get an estimate for packing my home for a move. A young man answered the phone and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. After greeting him, I asked for his pricing on packing? He stopped me mid sentence and said what kind of packing-dishes. Tried to continue my conversation, but again was cut off with him trying to rudely explain his business. When he took a breath, I told him I understood and needed my home packed for a move. I then asked for his name and if he was the owner. He was very abrupt in telling me to be specific about what I wanted, but still didn't identify himself. I said ok, this is not starting out well. He continued to lecture me about the moving business. I tried to let him know I was familiar with it and as a retired executive, I had been moved 13 times by professional movers like United,Global and the likes, but he was not listening and was too busy trying to school me. I am taking the opportunity to let him know that it is important to listen to potential customers FIRST, so you don't lose out on potential clients. Share Response from the owner 2 hours ago We deal with so many profitable customers daily SJ. You will have to be more specific about packing and provide an inventory of whats all need to be packed to have a count of everything. Just by providing information "the entire home" isnt enough detail for a potential move. Call us back and provide SPECIFIC detail of whats needed to be packed. That way, there would be a clear xut understanding of whats all on the truck to avoid any kind of scams and disrupticies. Thanks for your concern. Text message - RCS Today 6:26 PM from +1(901) 801 - 9577 Could you give me a call concerning our conversation because we cant allow potential customers name calling to be booked or moved. Thanks. The guy stated you were disrespectful and called him "son". This guy. Is 50 years of age. And he also stated you wasnt being specific about your packing. You just said the entire home he stated. They weren't super fast like most the movers I've used, but they kept moving. It was hot as a mofo so that slows everyone down a bit. Awesome & amazing doesn't begin to describe my experience with Majestic Movers…read more I relocated from Atlanta and Memphis with 2 bedrooms/two story home worth of furniture. Price: EVERY OTHER COMPANY that I contacted quoted at least $5,000 and that did not include gas or assembling the furniture. Majestic Movers provided a very reasonable FLAT FEE that included disassembling (which I didn't need), assembling (which I couldn't utilize because I misplaced all of the screws to my furniture.. don't judge me lol), and gas. Customer Service: THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART! Quincy was so pleasant, patient, and professional the entire time. I was already a bit emotional about leaving ATL, but also I ran into SEVERAL complications with my current rental company which caused my move date to change multiple times. Each time, I contacted Quincy, he was understanding and THE PRICE DID NOT INCREASE. Service: Smooth and Quick! They took about 1hr to unload my storage unit, drove to Memphis in a reasonable time frame, and took about an 1hr to unload. There were no breaks or playing around. They were about their business. I would recommend Majestic Movers to ANYONE who asks! It feels good to know that there is a black owned moving company in the Memphis area that offers exceptional service.
