Once everything was loaded and they were ready to leave at 10:20 AM, the new house was only about a 15-minute drive away. However, they did not arrive until 10:57 AM. This resulted in nearly an extra hour added to our bill due to unnecessary delays, which felt like the time was intentionally stretched. Additionally, scuffs and dents were left on the walls. I was told these would be fixed by the end of the day on the 12th, but they still have not been repaired. We called yesterday to follow up on the repairs and to have someone look into why it took so long to arrive at the delivery location, but we have not received any response from Two Men and a Truck.

We started packing, and 11 o'clock came and they still weren't there. So my wife called and the company claimed they showed up at 9am, and no one was there. They didn't bother calling us to see where we were or anything. They just left. When we asked them to come back we were told they were at another move. So let that sink in. They were suppose to be at our house at 10:30 to help us move over the next 8 hours, yet they magically had another move scheduled the same day that they needed to be to 30 minutes after they were scheduled to help us move. It's 2018, so I have gotten use to poor customer service, but this is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced from a business. We are lucky we weren't sued from the buyers for not being out in time. But it didn't end there. The next day, they charged us $100, for a move they didn't even do. I would never trust this company to anything for me. The only thing this has going for it is an employee Jasmine, who went out of her way to help us find movers.

Initially I was told that the gas stove I own would be disconnected by the mover on the day of the move. This wasn't true and for some reason the mover told me that he couldn't disconnect the gas line on my stove; this would void the contract he has with his employer (1st Class Moving). This baffled me because just two days prior, I was told something totally different. My next concern is that the movers had to make two trips in order to move all of my items. Of course this was time consuming, but moreover I was concerned about the movers working a lot longer than they were prepared for. My move went from being a four or five hour move to about an eight hour move. After doing a personal inventory of my personal items I found there were some dings and scratches on a couple of items. But I figured things like that will happen and it wasn't worth filing a claim.
