I called them to stop the process and the guy said that they already started cleaning them and didn't check to see if so. Was I the only one that had rugs in that week to be cleaned? How did he know that it was mine? Suspicious to me! But delivered my rugs back to me and doesn't look like no kind water/cleaners came anywhere near my rugs.
