I asked for another print closer to the original with the edges intact with a 1/4 in boarder. What I got back was the same over exposed washed out scan with the same crop printed slightly smaller with a 1/4 inch boarder. This is not a professional grade lab. Maybe great for passport photos but not a place for getting nuances. They actually referred me to Walmart.

I unfortunately have to give this place 2 stars this time. I came to this location back in July and…read morehad a great experience. At that visit I spent a lot of money. Over $200! This time I received a coupon online 1 pose, with an ornament and a mug for $19.99. That was all I needed for the Christmas photos. 1 pose to send out to the family. Matt was our photographer again. Which was great. The photos he took in July were awesome. That's why we came back. Long story short. I stuck to my guns and only bought the 1 pose package. That seemed to upset my photographer. He made a few suggestions about purchasing more photos. I told him I have other things I want to spend my money on this year. His comment was " more important than pictures of your children? ". I said YES! I'm sorry, but I would rather spend money taking my children to see family that have never seen them. My children are 19 months and 4 months old. Those are the memories that are important to me. I can blow money on studio pictures anytime. I have 2 weeks off for Christmas and I want to see family. That is how I am spending my money this year. I felt it was a rude insensitive comment t make especially since I spent so much money the last time I was there. It's obvious I'm not cheap. The last time when I was spending a bunch of money Matt was all happy with no snide remarks. This time was different. Not appreciated. I was a district manager for Picture me portrait studio and Sears portrait studio. I really understand this business and the business platform. I recognize that coupons are just to get the people in the door and it's the photographers responsibility to take exceptional pictures so you will want to buy the entire store! But, there is always a session or two where you will only sell what's on sale. Photographers / sales personnel have to be ok with that and move on without being rude and tacky. This is a sensitive area. How the sale part of this goes determines how people feel about the overall experience. People will NOT come back if this is not handled appropriately. You are talking about people spending their hard earned money. Now, down to the price. The $19.99 package is really $40 . There were two gifts with this package and they charged $10 to process and ship each gift. I may possibly be back at the end of January for anniversary photos. We will see how I'm feeling.

The photographer was nice but of course she was rushing because we over heard her saying they were 45min behind schedule. The establishment is not what I'm use to when taking photographs. The space is wide open so everyone waiting to take pictures can see you taking them and there wasn't enough space for everyone waiting to take pictures to even sit down and wait. It was also hot in there. Prices are up there for a rushed photoshoot . You're better off finding someone with a good camera that will take your pictures at a local park at least you'd have all rights to the Pictures to make your own copies for as many as you like. Will not recommend or return.

Her work is beautiful as she has an artful eye for photography but her ability to capture children in their truly joyous state is what really sets her apart. We had a photo session that I was pretty sure would yield nothing because my girls behavior was prohibitive. Angie managed to capture some of the best moments ever! She captured the quirkiness, sass and uninhibited nature of my children, and really surprised me. The pictures were absolutely perfect at representing who we are as a family. A lot of photographers are awesome, and they know how to utilize the light and optimize the natural backdrop, but being able to identify raw emotion and unexpected moments is the talent that most search for in a photographer.
