That following week, I came in and the lady who helped me forgot where she exactly placed the measuring tape around my waist, so I didn't find out how many centimeters I lost around my lower abdominal area immediately. Not going to lie, I was a bit bummed. Christine rectified my experience by offering me another session at no cost to me, which was today. She didn't have to do that for me, but I do appreciate her. This time we did my upper abdominal area. I came in at 78cm and left at 77cm. I will update my review in a few months with my results - photos and all!

When asked about the $60 combo they told us the facial would not include pimples so we opted for the facial only for $55. For $55 we thought it would be a deeper facial but it was not what we expected . The combo was $60 and the express facial was $55. Why not just get the combo then? $55 was not worth it for the express. Something you can do at home. Was couple soaps on your face and a hot towel and a face mask. And that's it. The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.

Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.

I made my appt through Nelle, who made it super easy, Lauren made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, and Tasha was the NP who started my IV and explained the different drip options they had available. They had a very comfortable waiting room, warming neck pillow, water, tea, snacks, blanket if you get cold, etc. The staff here really makes sure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience. 10/10 for service. As far as the IV, even if you're scared of needles, Tasha made it super easy. I honestly barely even felt it, it felt less than a small pinch for 1 second. I decided to try the Myers' Cocktail with added glutathione and ALA. This formula is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and hydration. I usually don't sleep very well, but last night was the best sleep I've gotten in months. Overall, Luxe Medical Aesthetics highly exceeded expectations. I'd never had IV drip therapy before this, but they made it very approachable and explained every step of the process.
