I've been to her spa three times now for bikini and eyebrow waxing, and I will continue to see her for those services. And I plan to have a facial and micro-needling done soon. I brought my Mom today to have her eyebrows waxed, and she loved her as well. Divinity Spa is super clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's very private as well. No matter what service you're having done, you never have to worry about anyone looking in on you or walking in by accident. I really like the set up for "Salon Park" where Vilma's spa is located. There's many different businesses inside the one main center. You can have a facial, get waxed, have your hair done, then get a mani/pedi, all without ever leaving the building. It's a great concept. Very convenient!

This review is strictly for Jessica. I got a package for laser hair removal and the only time I saw…read morereal results was with Jessica. While she may appear standoffish (plus she's gorgeous which adds to the persona), she is actually just very professional. She asks specific clarifying questions, which no one else has done, because she's dedicated to getting you results. My first time her, she wasn't bubbly or chatty, but once she started working, I immediately realized how meticulous, detail-oriented, experienced, focused, and confident she was in her craft. And the results showed: lasting hair removal without residual patches of hair anywhere. I realized just how user-dependent laser hair removal is. It matters WHO is doing it, even though the process may seem simple. My greatest regret is only encountering Jessica more than halfway through my sessions. I have only gone to Jessica ever since, and I'll go to either location, Katy or Galleria, for her. If she's not scheduled where I am, I'll cancel my appointment because it's a waste of money otherwise. Someone give this girl a raise! She deserves it-- she's head and shoulders more attentive with overtly better results than anybody else I've seen.

Do not recommend for acne scars/microneedling…read more My partner had a consult with Dina and we asked a lot of questions and showed the area that would need microneeedling. We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!
