I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. We were not happy at all with their cuts, install and customer service. 1)We had several…read morecommunication issues, which delayed install. 2)After scheduling a month out they changed it x2. 3) They didn't bring enough help so my husband had to help them carry it in. 4) The sink cutouts are not even but super wavy as are most of the corners. 5)During install (we stood back and watched the whole process) They scratched our brand new hickory floor with tools and ran a cart into the cabinet. 6) When carrying smaller pieces they banged into my brand new cabinets 3x. Upon talking to them about it they denied they did anything and blamed it on my kids and our shopvac(which has rubber wheels and had only been carried never drug) All in all I would never recommend them ever!

We got countertops and sink from Granite Trans.. Sink cracked in 4 years. We( the consumer) had to…read morego through the sink company which is located in New Jersey to get new one. Granite Transformation said they had to install the new sink because if something were to happen to countertops the warranty would not be good. Cost $350. New sink had crack, this is after GT guys tore out old sink. So we sat with no sink at all. Again we contact sink maker, it is on back order. Long story short...GT found us a sink in Omaha and they had an opening for next day to install( it was a miracle!) Installed on a Wed. got bill on Friday. Phone call on Monday wondering when they can expect payment. Customer service not a strong point! J.F.
