Saint Joseph, Michigan from my location is gonna be a long drive. I called this place, and they were the only ones to accept my insurance to pull a wisdom tooth. But they schedule you out as far as five or six months I kind of wish I could get in sooner, but they have one location. All the other dentist didn't even call me back. This place takes Medicaid with a co-pay possibly and they pull impacted wisdom teeth. I'm hoping it's a smooth surgery because usually going to the dentist makes me nervous and anxious so the longer the ride the longer anxiety.

I called and receptionist and she was very rude and said she was contacted awhile back and was told to cancel the appointments which did not happen. Not surprised tho. The business is a money maker with little to no customer appreciation and as the customer I've always felt like an inconvenience. 0 stars. Dr. Ronto and his staff have exceeded expectations in obtaining the proper tooth whitening gel that works the best for my situation. Dr. Ronto's staff is always kind and courteous from the time I walk in their facility till the time I leave. How kind of them. As an ex-salesperson I can appreciate the subtlety of their pitch. Hindsight being twenty/twenty. I'd be dubious of any dentist who referred to this place. The whole thing reeks. And not just of bad breath. Stay away from this place. It's nothing more than Henry Ford's wet dream of dentistry.

I have heard stories of his workers that he makes cry, but personally this dude thought he could scold me and put his finger in my face after hours because of a miscommunication on his staffs part. Unprofessional phone calls and conversations, just rude and inefficient all the way around. He has made some of the sweetest women that I know cry. There are plenty of others to choose from, stay away.
