I told myself I would never step foot in this shop again. Fast forward to recently: my Buick Encore needed a brake job. My dad has worked on cars his entire life and can fix practically anything, but with how computerized modern vehicles are now, we ran into an unexpected roadblock. I needed a professional mechanic fast. I checked their website and noticed the team and leadership appeared completely turned over, backed by strong recent reviews, so I decided to give them a second chance. I am so glad I did. The experience was incredible from start to finish. I worked directly with Chris, who was completely transparent, fair on pricing, and followed through on every single promise. While we waited on parts to arrive, he even arranged a loaner car for a week so I wouldn't be stranded. To top it off, he has continued to check in weekly just to make sure the car is running smoothly. Chris completely restored my faith in this shop. Honest, reliable, and exceptional customer service--they have earned my business back. 5 stars.

I brought my truck in for a routine alignment. After the service was completed, I was told they couldn't recalibrate my truck, possibly because it was "too hot" and needed to cool down. They handed me the keys and told me to take it to the dealer. As it turns out, the actuator had to be replaced. Fortunately, my truck is still under warranty; otherwise, this would have been a $3,500 repair. I truly regret taking my truck here. "Honest" appears to be in the name only. I will also be following up with Costco about having them removed from its approved service shop list.

As a female, I know it can be intimidating to take our vehicles to the car shops sometimes. In fact, several months ago, I posted looking for advice on some places. After searching the internet and reading online reviews, I fortunately found Transmission Unlimited in Downtown Mooresville. Ron and Steve are Amazing. Very honest and trusting. I paid $65 for oil change and tire rotation at Walmart, today at Transmission Unlimited I spent less than $28 and they fully looked over my car to make sure everything was good and safe for the kids and I and the upcoming snow. I have also had experience with them in regards to a transmission issue on husbands truck. A++ service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have never gone out of my way to write a review for Repair Shop before but these guys deserve it!! Everyone stay warm and safe!!!
