I wanted to just do the work that had to be done immediately, which was replacing rotted fascia, new gutters and having back porch roof done. I was given the chance that same day to reconsider choosing another shingle color if I wanted. It helped when he pointed out the color I was reconsidering on other roofs near me. The crew arrived earlier in the morning and were done by 3pm, everything cleaned up. Also, only business I know that gives senior citizen discounts. I highly recommend DGJ Brothers Contractors.

He and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional. I'll call on DGJ Brothers when it's time to replace the roof in a few years.

They also remarked that a tree branch was in a position where it could damage the roof, and they offered to trim it at what I consider a fair price. When I need further work done, perhaps even installing a system to protect my gutters from leaves, I will definitely call on them.

After getting other comparison quotes we decided to accept Matthew's quote. We scheduled a day a few week out. On the scheduled day They arrived exactly at the expected time. Hired for gutter repair work…read more CW construction replied quickly. They came out and gave me an estimate where a competitor wanted to come out and do the work but wouldn't give me a ball park number first. Others didn't respond. The weather caused the appointment to be pushed multiple times (snow and high speed winds which is what caused the damage in the first place), but the work is done and the gutter appears very secure now. Pricing seemed reasonable for the time and materials used. They were friendly and open to various payment options. The estimate came slightly under the quote, (rounding distance so very slight) which is always nice. Notes: I know it's hard being a contractor and taking calls while working, but more prompt notifications about appointments being moved would be nice. Communication wasn't timely but I had the sense that there wasn't a home office fielding work, so I'm certainly more understanding. Hard to be timely when you're dangling from roofs trying to get work down before the next storm wave. They were certainly better than some other contractors I recently worked with.

Fast response time! Reasonable pricing although the ballpark was low compared to the real quote…read more This isn't a knock (and honestly not unusual) but an fyi for those who look for ball parks. My gutter was formed onsite to the custom requested length, which was fun to watch! My gutter had fallen due to water/ice build up and weight. They reinstalled my multiple piece gutter with a single piece and doubled the reinforcements to ensure it wouldn't fail again. Additionally they were willing to install a bird screen while they were up there (tall two story house) Overall I was happy with the speed of service, removal and disposal of the old gutter, the installation and final look. I'd have loved to get it all at the ball park price, but I felt like I still got a good deal for everything. Based on this experience I'd absolutely recommend.
