They answered every question we had. When it came to the work the company did, it was top notch. When Craig was bringing the trailer to put the old shingles in, we had a issue getting a vehicle out of the driveway, so he offered to just bring it at a later time, like it wasn't any annoyance or problem. When the roof was replaced, the workers left no trash, no nails, no evidence that they had been there except for a great-looking new roof. When we first called them, we had a leak in our roof and water was coming in through our bathroom ceiling, and Chris came out and made and emergency temporary repair, as well. These guys do a great job. I thought the price of our new roof was very reasonable. They also support veterans.

I…read morehad a roof inspection scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CST, but the inspector, Chris, didn't show up until 2:51 p.m. When he finally arrived, he spent no more than 5 minutes looking at my roof and nearly an hour talking with my neighbor instead. At the end, his response was: "Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There's foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that's why the trusses are collapsing." This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn't seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I'll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job--I don't have time to play games with businesses like this.
