He came out on time and spent good number of hours to install and also inspected and adjusted other gutters for maintenance; he even put an effort to buy downspout gutter that closely match the color of the wall. He took his time for quality work and he earned a great review, which I do not usually give unless they go extra mile. I will add the photos once he provides them thru email.

He even brought me 3 four-foot pieces of vinyl so that we could see which color looked the best. I changed three times on what and how I wanted the siding, but Josh just said, "no problem" and changed the contract. The crew that installed the siding was also excellent. Cico was the foreman he made sure that everything was done correctly and would ask periodically if everything looked right. There were only a couple small items, and he fixed them immediately. His crew was friendly and worked very hard and long hours. I love my new siding, and if we ever need a new roof Allen Roofing and siding will be the first company I call.

We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. I called them up again recently to install some trim coil on a porch overhang and they did a very good job. While they were here, I requested a quote for some additional work. Received the quote at the end of September and one of the owners said he would get to me in a couple of weeks. Arrangements were made for them to come out to do the work during the middle part of October. I sent a text the night before they were supposed to arrive and requested to postpone the work due to the fact that it had been raining all week and was going to be all muddy and messy outside (as a courtesy to them). I mentioned of getting back together once it was all dry again. Well, today, an entire month later, I get a call from one of the co-owners (John) offering to do the work we spoke about nearly two months ago. His excuse for just now getting back in touch with me - they have been busy and I turned them away -- which I didn't - simply requested a delay to the rain that was going on that week. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't need my headache and that I could find someone else to do the work. His tone to me as a paying customer was egregious and completely out of line! Not to mention he sounded like he had smoked two packs of cigarettes a day for the past 40 years. We parted ways and I told him what he could do. In my opinion, these guys didn't want the work in the first place because it wasn't going to be a big enough money job. Yet again, it is so hard to find people to pay to do work for you around here! I will find someone else who truly values their customers and doesn't call them a 'smartass' on the phone!
