Let me preface this review with the fact that my experience with this location was approx 16 years…read moreago. When I paid my ONLY visit to this location I was in my 20's and there was no such thing as yelp. I am writing this review to give this place the respect they gave me back then. I called ahead as I had a mid engine Toyota mr2. I wanted to make sure they had people who were experienced with my type of car and they assured me they did. It was a 1985 body that I had someone put my 1988 mr2 engine in from my unfortunate accident. When I dropped the car off, the opened both trunks before they finally found the engine. I should have known better. This is why I am writing this review 16 years later: I had a problem with my TPS sensor not working 100% for my car which meant that my car ran but didn't run as well as it could. After several hours I got a call from them to come and pick up my car. When I got in, it would not accelerate properly due to misaligned TPS sensor. I talked to them about it and demanded that they make this right. They talked to me as though I were an idiot and told me I had to pay them the full price for fixing my car even though they made my car WORSE!!!! They threatened me with keeping my car if I didn't pay. I had to adjust my own TPS sensor by myself in their parking lot just to drive home. This was the worst experience I have ever had and now that I am able to Yelp, I can finally have my voice be heard. By the way, I can tell you that I remember arguing with them that I wanted to talk with a manager higher up as they are "National" but they told me that it was just in their name. There is nothing national about them. I hope that they have cleaned up their act since then but I can tell you I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back to this place for the rest of my life.

Jonathan was great and explained that a diagnostic test had to be done etc, etc. I had to be home so he drove me in HIS car and then picked me up and brought me to the shop. Navid, the owner, assessed the damage and took the car in for repair and had his guys start on it right away. What appeared to be a minor issue turned out to be much more major and required that they re-manufacture a portion of the door. The gentleman that did the work is an absolute artist and even color matched the paint by eye, since the car had been painted over when it was in Japan (the original color was silver, as confirmed by the stamped plate in the engine compartment). Navid had some other suggestions for work to be done on the car in the future and I will definitely be going back to his shop given the high quality of the repairs that they just did combined with his honesty and integrity in dealing with me regarding this matter. If you find yourself in need of auto body work, please give Navid a call. He and his guys are absolutely the best.
