I asked for it medium, but it came out closer to medium well/well done. That's really my only issue and why I'm giving 4 stars. The steak itself was still tender, so I do think it was a good cut--just overcooked. When I ordered, the waitress asked if I wanted mushrooms or a gorgonzola crust. I usually skip toppings like that because I feel like they can hide the quality of the meat. I even asked if it needed it, and she said no, so I went without. I wanted to taste the steak on its own, and I think it would've been really good if it had been cooked the way I wanted.
