McDonald's - Nap time waiting on 10 nuggets. - Fast Food Near Me - Senoia, Georgia

Worked late and went to McDonalds.... Big mistake, there is literally one car in line and I waited over 30 mins.... Still waiting as I type this. Let's face it what McDonalds is actually good. They forgot my sandwich... looks like one person working in the whole restaurant read more

You know I really hate to write a review like this, but this but this is crazy. I don't know what has happened to this McDonald's since just a couple of months ago, but lately anytime you go they don't want you to stay at the drive-thru window. Prime example was today we went and got food because we were on our way to a family event and we ended up being parked at the drive-thru parking spots for 20 minutes and nobody had brought us our food. On top of that we watched 4 other people get there food from the drive-thru window. Finally we went inside to get our food, and the hamburger they gave us was nasty. Like I understand it's fast food but this was disgusting. It looked like someone had broken off a piece for themselves. And the people working there were so unhelpful. When we showed her the burger she replied with, "what's wrong with that?" Seriously McDonald's this is ridiculous. If I could it would be 0 stars. read more

Don't go here if you're on a time crunch! I sat at the order machine for about 20 minutes before I could even start my order. Then once I finished ordering I had to wait another 20 minutes to even receive my food. read more

Never go here. This is the worst mcdonalds I think I've ever been too! The manager is so rude and hateful. The food is terrible and everything is sticky and dirty. read more

Horrible & slow customer service. Too bad it's Sunday and other options wasn't available, cause I woulda damn sure went somewhere else. Sat at the drive-thru with the response. Decided to go in and order, funky employee directed me to the order kiosk. Then she rolling her eyes at the customers and the wait on the orders. read more

Damn. I thought I was the only one to leave one star. I went to go order just 2 Mcchickens and 2 apple pies. Ordered through the dumb kiosk and opted to pay with cash. There wasn't a single employee running the front. Drive thru wrapped around the building. I ended up just walking out. Bump this McDonald's. It needs work! read more

Does this place ever get the drive thro orders correct? Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, bacon and mayo only. Idiots put ketchup and mustard on it. Go in to get it fixed, idiot put ketchup only on it! You sure can't fix stupid. read more

The worst McDonald's we've ever been in! The order by yourself, machines are difficult to use, they got our order messed up with someone else's. The beeper was constantly on at a high pitch and very annoying. The french fries I will not be returning to this establishment.. I'm fine read more

I don't eat fast foods all that often but, sometimes I do enjoy a Big Mac. Seems like anytime I've tried this location, their shake Machine is down. I went to get a Big Mac today, who's wr the girl was on the intercom was less then happy about taking another order. When I go to the "second" window, no greeting, Just takes my card. When She returns it, no thanks or anything. She starts to Close the window and loudly I say, THANK YOU. She looks at me like, "what?" I say you're supposed to thank the customer. Closes the window. Jeez, if you hate your job, find another one. read more

This is the third time in a row that they messed up my family's order. This time they forgot my son's ten piece chicken nuggets order. I tried to call them to let them know that our order was messed up again!!! No one is answering the phone. I tried for 30 minutes to get thru. No answer or answering machine. I'm more than a20 minutes drive away. What a ripoff!!! read more

Menu is very limited They are usually out of whatever item I wanted I finally gave up on them read more

Went in and ordered at the kiosk. One employee in particular stood out. His name was "Bino" (not sure of spelling). Anyways he was incredible. So these 5 stars are for sure for him! Thanks! read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I love less than a mile away and I refuse to go here. Once ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal for my son and when we got home and opened the box, it was NOT chicken nuggets. It looked like a mixture of thousand island and gravy. No clue what it was. He was 2 at the time and probably my would have put whatever it was in his mouth if I hadn't found it first. I notified the higher ups and absolutely nothing happened. I'll post the picture in here when my Facebook Timehop reminds me of it. read more

McDonald's - Can you say BURNT?! - Fast Food Near Me - Senoia, Georgia

The server was so cheerful and helpful, but the food was awful, soggy cold fries, and someone must have tossed a bag of salt on the mcdouble because it was in edible. read more

The worst! We stopped in to order biscuits Sunday morning. We had to pull up and wait after the order - which is fine. Five other cars also pulled up to wait. After 20 minutes, the orders came out, none with tickets on them, so the young lady had to dig through the bags to find out what was inside. Ours was missing a biscuit, so I went back inside. Ten people waiting in there, one woman waiting for 15 minutes for a frappe, before being told as we were standing there that there were no frappes because no one had cleaned the machine. No Coke was available. It was utter chaos from start to finish. read more

They have crappy bags and they forgot my fry's and I can't live without those the service is not always the best like today

Absolutely no customer service. Manager would not answer questions. Made us place order on kiosk. Attitude when a lady had to pay cash at the counter. It was terrible how they were treated. Visited on 12/3/23 11 am. Live about 5 miles from the store but will not go back. I will travel to the McDonald's at Thomas crossroads sharpsburg ga. Excellent customer service and food fresh at that McDonald's Doesn't even deserve 1 star read more

Never waste your money at this McDonalds. The food is cold and sits all day. Terrible customer. Corporate should do something.

Probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. They didn't have anyone working the register and just pointed you to the kiosk to order. We waited a long time for our order. The manager passed by several times without saying a word or offering to help. It seemed one lady in front was doing everything and a few others were standing around. We noticed their health inspection grade was a C, we would have left immediately if we saw that first. Our food items were fine once we got them, but we will not be returning to this location. read more

Rudest employee I have ever encountered. It was the female manager. Why would someone work in customer service be so unprofessional. All I can say is wow. The opposite of customer service. She talked to me like I was crap. read more

McDonald in sonoa is horrible now number 1 they make you use a kiosk machine number2 they didn't even give us the right order it was somebody else Number 3 at the end of the day of this this is the worst fast food experience I ever had in my opinion it used to be a good McDonald's but now it's not I and wish I can give them zero stars read more

We went through the drive-thru and the worker was very rude and rushed through taking our order. We didn't even get to order all of our food. Once we paid and got to the second window the worker did not say one word to us and just handed us the bag. read more

Just visited the McDONALDS in Senoia Ga. and they will rip you off. First they have you wait 10 minutes before they even take your order, then when you pull up to pay then they give you the change back with no receipt. I ordered a double quarter pounder, macdouble, and medium fry, I got hone with macdouble, medium fry, and a REGULAR QUATER POUNDER. I hope all of these fast food restaurants go bankrupt and let those employees loose their jobs. read more

I gave them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I stop by about every 6 months or so to see if their service has gotten any better, it hasn't. read more

I wish I knew her name but the lady who checked me out was talking over me constantly and was super rude, 2 kiosks were broken and all she kept saying was "PLACE ORDER AND PAY AT KIOSK" yelling over me while I'm trying to explain the card reader was down. I explained that there's literally a note on the kiosk saying "please pay with card at counter" and she continues to yell PAY AT KIOSK. Her description was an African American lady about 5 foot 5 or so and she was super rude. Didn't have a name tag so I don't really know how to pinpoint her. I'm almost certain she's the manager too which explains the state of the store and all the bad reviews. Jackson was very friendly however he is usually the only pleasant employee. read more

I hate this McDonald's...everytime I order the same thing....and everytime they get it wrong. A double cheeseburger..no pickles...extra, extra onions. When I get it...it's like they read the slip like this....dont put a pickle on it...and dont put much onion...and whatever you do, only put a drop of mustard and a smidgen of ketchup. This way the person eating it...will choke on how dry we've cooked her patties. read more

Horrible location! They were out of soda and then I tried to order two different things on the menu. they said they did not carry those items at that location. Not sure why they have a menu of items that they do not sell. This was on a Monday morning at 10 o'clock. read more

Don't know what I was expecting from a gas station McDonalds but wow, do they go above and beyond to be terrible. Only person in drive thru, they ask me to park in a waiting spot. Then proceed to make me wait almost 10 minutes and have the audacity to bring me cold food. After reading reviews, no clue how this place is open or under the same management. read more

Worst customer service. Order wrong, food is cold. This use to be a good place. Then a remodel, then Covid. Now poor management, poor menu. Sad to see the brand so beaten down. read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. 6 people waiting in line for 30 minutes, honking and waiting , employees inside but can't put up a sign or let us know they are randomly closed so we aren't wasting gas. Employees clearly don't care what they are doing read more

Went through drive through this morning. Ordered breakfast and OJ. Told they were out of OJ. While paying I ask for water instead. Employee was irate stating she's not doing anymore add ones today because we are slowing her down. Continued telling me I was causing her grief by adding a water. Will never eat at that $&@&#% hole again. read more

I have never met such an incompetent female that is made to hold entitlement of the McDonald's in Senoia, Ga. 30276. I picked up an online order and asked for a chicken nugget kids meal. She asked for the online order number and ask me to pull around to the second window. I set, mind you, 30 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. I get to the semiconductor window and he hands me the online order but says he has no order for the kids meal. I asked for the lady taking the order or a manager so he returns to tell me I have to pull back around. After waiting for 45 minutes now I asked for the manager. She called me a liar and told me I didn't ask for the kids meal. Why would I lie to a manager at McDonald's? It's clearly visible that you can't run your shift because I set 45 min waiting on 6 nuggets. She called the police on me instead of just ringing up the kids meal and bringing it to me. Who in the world hired this poor woman? I know we don't expect much it being McDonald's and all but please have a manager that has a little class and customer service expertise. The lack of education the woman has was obvious when she threw the "customer is always right", in the woods. I would expect someone over the age of 30 to own their mistakes and be a leader for other employees. It's just to much to ask for these days. Way to go Senoia, the richest city in Georgia!!! Well representation of the town and its people. read more

The service here is a joke. They never seem to have it together. Every day there are new people working there and no one ever seems to know what is going on. read more

The service is horrible. They do not want to serve you. Waited 30 minutes for one hamburger and when I got it it was cold.

Well, it's food sort of. The hamburger was rare, had pink in it. Used the automatic kiosk to order. Made my selections and wouldn't let me complete so I had to do it over again. But if you use cash, you have to go to the cashier when she has a moment to stop over. I drive all over west GA and I thought this was to worst. But then there's McD in Fayetteville that's just a little bit worse. If corporate ever stopped in, well it's almost clean. But that's about it. I have been here once before and I know I will drive another 15 miles for something better. I found the food in the attached gas station better. read more

Service is awful. People are extremely rude and mess up orders every time. If I could rate it a zero I would.

This place tastes like good butthole on a Monday afternoon but not like smelly gym socks one Tuesday
