I stopped by Senoia Coffee while I was in town for a couple of days and wanted to try a local spot, and I'm really glad I did. It's such a cute place. You order at the counter, grab a seat, and they call your name when your coffee is ready. The girls behind the counter were super sweet and made everything feel really welcoming. I got a vanilla latte with oat milk and a veggie bowl. The coffee was good, but the veggie bowl was honestly delicious--eggs, avocado, feta, tomatoes, and a few other things mixed in. Simple, fresh, and really satisfying. They bring the food out to wherever you're sitting, which was a nice touch and made it easy to just relax and enjoy breakfast. Overall, it was just a really pleasant place to start the day. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be coming back here. read more

# It all starts with trying to find the place. The signs aren't obvious. You really gotta read a review or two before you realize, oh, there's a whole "Mess Hall" in Downtown Senoia. Once the wooden door swings, Senoia Coffee greets curious eyeballs. And let me tell ya, the entire ambiance is a whole vibe for the mind to properly soak in. The leading lines of pastries and yummies before the feet stop gently at the counter and the eyes meet the friendliest of eyes in this coffee shop. "What can I get for you?" All wild brains can rest assure that the frantic questions are patiently answered by the baristas. Are they baristas if it's not Starbucks? So the squirrel, I mean my brain, finally left decision paralysis on the comfy couch I kept eyeing and decided on a caramel flavored coffee. Yes, I remember the caramel, I don't remember the actual drink. I'm every barista's nightmare. Now let's see if autocorrect can help me spell macchiato as I'm about 13% certain that's what I ordered. An ode to Swifties. I got my mom something sweet, was it a white mocha? I believe that's her usual. And she's addicted sugar, so the kind folks behind the counter damn near offered her the whole jar of syrup. Listen...Starbucks charges extra for that hmmmkay? My mama was quite delighted no one judged her on her level of sugar intake. These strangers are better children to my own mother and I'm grateful for all of it. Coffees are strong. Nice kick for realsies. First taste, you don't expect it. I guess most of us have now been conditioned to drink watered down beverages and the first drop of actual coffee awakens some kinda fiend. Like a child's first taste of honey. More! Now! Coffee coffee coffeeeee. Yes that's how my squirrel brain calms itself down. It forces a period in there like hey now, you're an adult, please act like it. The pastries...ooo the yummies. Don't know if they make it in house. If they do, compliments to the bakers. A warm and toasty blueberry muffin hits that spot that we all left behind on our 18th birthdays. It's fluffy, but not airy. It's dense, but not a sugar kick to the brain. There's a slight bit of a bite upon that first handshake between the fork and the muffin before they dance their way onto the palate. My grandma never made me muffins because I came from a very Asian background but my friends' grandmas made muffins and let me tell ya, granny, I am home with this blueberry muffin. Now tell me how I've lost weight and college is so cruel to kids and feeeed me. Then another bite of homemade cinnamon roll triggers an entire waterfall of memories that comforts me and lets me know it's so okay to literally refuse to grow up. I have to admit, the amount of glaze on the roll was slightly overpowering. But it's a cinnamon roll, so really, it's supposed to slap you silly a few times and remind you why children like sweets. I absolutely adore that the cinnamon didn't also slap me in the face. I swear there are generations of humans who hate cinnamon from the foods that were never supposed to be plastered with this incredibly powerful seasoning. Balance is key. And this baker has magic measuring spoons for hands. Is it gonna be your gourmet "Treat Yo Self Boo Boo" fine dining ooo la la bring me to the country side with a nice coffee and quartet assemble along with a side of blueberries? No. But it is coffee and tea (get the chai. oh gawd, trust me, get the chai) handcrafted by local passionate enthusiasts who put their hearts and souls into these drinks. The chai may deserve a review by itself, honestly. The difference between OMG and oh my gawd is...well...ya know. Once again, dialing myself back a tad bit, next time I'd request for slightly less sugar. I like my chai with a heavy kick of spice and a teensy bit of sugar. The chai that I ordered however, took like 3 minutes to make while I stood by the coffee grinder that might actually have triggered a long lost memory of my first true love. If the aroma of coffee can you sing you Lion King songs, you're my kinda people. Because the kind humans took their time to properly mix my drink, there was an evenly distributed kick of chai that sent the taste buds dancing. With the weather heating up outside, that dance brings absolute joy. It's wonders in an adult sized sippy cup and if I had a single dancing in me I'd probably skip and hop right down Main Street. read more

Stopped by in the morning - oatmilk vanilla latte - make your own Sammie Both were fantastic and a fair price for both. I loved the coffee used smaller ice chunks rather then a huge cubes. It seems like a small thing but is so much betters. Splurge and get the aioli on your breakfast sandwich which was made fresh to order. I would only say the latte COULD have been sweeter for my taste but I prefer less sweet so I can ask for more. But no reason to dock marks.. Senoia is so lucky to have this place read more

This is actually my favorite oat milk latte I have ever had. The flavor profile of their coffee is delicious. The atmosphere is very cute (loud on weekends so wouldn't plan to take calls, but lovely if you are working solo). Free wi-fi and great service! I drove 20 minutes 2 days in a row just for this coffee! So delicious! Plus: there are other vendor stalls at the back to appease multiple parties from ice cream to food cravings! read more

Today I had lunch at the lovely Senoia Coffee and Café while roaming the streets of the Historic Town of Senoia. I just love their Uncles B's Burger, it's a whooping 1/2 lbs. of Angus Beef, Pimento Cheese and a fried egg topped with lettuce, tomato covered with their tasty bacon onion jam. The Senoia Coffee and Café have very friendly and fun people that are more than happy to serve you. Now, I understand why the zombies in Walking Dead eat here... the food is to die for! Obviously I'm going to give my favorite coffee shop 5 stars. I started coming here when my best friend settled in Senoia a few years ago. I only can come 1-2 per year as I live in Orlando, but I always make sure I come everyday I'm in town. All the staff are wonderful and give knowledgeable suggestions. My most recent visit a few weeks ago I got my go to drink, a hazelnut latte. Delicious and smooth and not too sugary which is my favorite!! I also got the Breakfast bowl and it was absolutely incredible. I forget the exact name of it, but it was suggested to me by the lovely barista! It had potato's, eggs, peppers and onions(I think??) and gravy!! I was skeptical of having gravy on my eggs but my oh my I was blown away! And my eggs were cooked to perfection, over hard, just how I love them! Out of all the hundreds of coffee shops I've been to, this one is probably my absolute favorite. And I'm not saying that just because of the Walking Dead hype, I stopped watching that show at season 2. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Had no clue what I wanted. The lady at the cash register was EXTREMELY nice and patient. She went over the menu and answered all of my questions. She was great. I ordered the whistle stop breakfast. The fried green tomatoes with a pesto ranch sauce they were great! The bacon was good, nice and thick and crispy. I'm going back to try something from the lunch menu next time. Oh and they serve both the breakfast and the lunch items until 3 daily Oh I almost forgot to mention the pastries and the coffee. As a fan of the other huge coffee business that is on every corner I have to say that Senoia coffee came out swinging and was impressive. Great customer service and a wide variety of coffee / teas and decent food menus. The store is clean and there is a decent amount of parking available around the area. During busy weekends in town parking can be tough and a line does form inside the store. The only negative that I have is that the store backs up and they have a hard time handing volume. The prices are a little cheaper than the larger chain stores. read more

They had a great selection of treats to choose from along with a breakfast and lunch menu. Great coffee. Decent service. I'm updating my review from three to five stars. This is due to the fact that the more I've been coming here, the better I like it. I've had some very good meals here as well. Poached eggs on toast and avocado toast are delicious. Also the owners Brent and Amy are lovely and very friendly. They run a tight shop. It's a drag here when it gets busy because they tend to get overwhelmed and can't keep up with the customers. Which leads to the coffee pots being empty and having to wait for fresh coffee to be made. Much better coffee than THE WAKING DEAD coffee shop plus they have more selection. Overall we love it and will continue to be loyal customers. read more

ADORABLE! The hubby and I brought my mom to Senoia while she was visiting from MO. All three of us are big Walking Dead fans, and we had to check out Woodbury! I'd read about a coffee shop in Senoia (and have spotted the "Woodbury Coffee Shop" sign in a few episodes) that the actors and extras would frequent while shooting, and it was so cool to visit! The coffee shop is first and foremost just adorable. Lots of exposed brick, old glass windows and TWD memorabilia all over the walls. They still have the sign hanging inside, and while you wait for your goodies, you can wander around looking at all the autographs and pictures from the cast and crew. I ordered an iced coffee and a piece of flour-less chocolate cake. Perfecto. I drank the coffee really fast, which to me means that it was mild and smooth. Delicious! The chocolate cake went perfect with the iced coffee and it was rich but not too sweet. My mom ordered iced tea, Italian wedding soup and an Italian pastry. I sampled her soup and was blown away. It tasted homemade and was absolutely full of flavor, as was the creamy Italian pastry (I can't remember the name of it). I am already planning a trip back when my family comes to visit again in October! If you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop in here! read more

Vegans, delight in their menu options on fri and sat nights. A few weeks ago, they rolled out the Impossible Burger, which is absolutely delicious. They even have vegan cheese (Daiya which is awesome in a melted state) which you can add on. I even ordered a grilled cheese sandwich subbing out dairy cheese with the non-dairy option! All of these were delicious and prepared expertly by their chef. I also had a slice of chocolate cake (well, half a slice and then the rest saved for later!) that was vegan and gluten-free---it was a huge portion, and priced well at under $6. Glad the owners are adding vegan options. Please add those meals and more desserts to the everyday menu, and replace other dishes---non-vegans wouldn't even notice, and if they did, they wouldn't mind given how tasty they are! read more

This is my first time to eat here, I ordered FGTBLT take out. My sandwich cost me almost $10, it consist of a leaf of lettuce 2 FGT and 2 slices of bacon. I am not saying it's not good, it is. I'm just very disappointed on the quality. For that price tag I should have at least a bed of lettuce. A few more bacon. I would have complained but that means going back and wait. Putting my Walking Dead fangirling/bias aside, this establishment is quaint and the food is delicious. I ordered with ease, the food arrived hot and in record time. I have zero complaints and will absolutely visit this cafe when I am in Senoia again. Also, if you're a Walking Dead fanatic like me..the Terminus bridge and Alexandria Safe Zone are literally steps away from this spot. And the street itself was Woodbury!
