I must say that I am shocked at the negative reviews for this location. I'm new to Senoia and found my way to Jersey Mikes. I have since returned 3 times. Each time my sandwich was well made and delicious. The employees have always been friendly and polite. The premises are clean. One of my visits this poor young man was alone behind the counter. Clearly understaffed that day. Yet he carried on with a good attitude towards the long line waiting to be served. He deserves a raise for maintaining a positive attitude and still prepared a delicious sandwich under trying circumstances. read more

Terrible experience. I never write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The employees did not communicate well, seemed uninterested in their job and had air pods in, while not acknowledging customers. Do not order from the app, I should've learned my lesson a year ago. They never look to see what you actually ask for. I hate Mayo and they always put it on my sandwich and they never include my wife's chips. This has happened so many times I'm beyond frustrated. Update I went there and talked to the manager today and she was beyond helpful and apologetic and gave me a full refund. If not for her I'd never order there again. I think she said her name was Natalie. She was absolutely swamped with orders and was still able to handle my situation in a incredibly professional manner. Wow. Not sure you could make fast / carry out food any slower. One young man in the back kicking his jams via his AirPods while cutting bread. One older lady explaining to you how she is making your sandwich different and special when you really only ordered turkey, cheese, vinegar on sliced bread. Noting the bread had to have already been sliced by the music man in the back. 30-minutes for a simple sub with very limited customer traffic in the restaurant. Next time maybe the music man can put his jams on blast so at least I can dance while the van Gogh of subs makes my sandwich. read more

The sandwiches are hands down superior to other sub shops around! However, the wait times are out of hand. I ordered through the app and my order was supposed to be ready at 1:04, ended up being around 1:30 when the sub was finally complete. Putting all people in line ahead of the mobile orders - so I would just wait in line next time. They need to work on efficiency and then they would have something! read more

Great experience today! Very efficient with taking orders and proceeding with getting you checked out which kept things moving so nicely! It was seamless. I came in a week ago with my 15 year old daughter , some man who has glasses and is bald took our order . I'm almost positive he is the manager . We order two mini turkeys great service from the young man on the dressing part of the sandwich . Once we paid and we're walking out I hear him say to the young man " look at that , her butt looks so good in those leggings only if ". Mind you I'm not the one in the legging ! I am a Jersey Mike's SUPERFAN. I usually love my steak subs out of Senoia JM... until today. Today, although I customized my app order specifically, whomever made it ignored my instructions completely. I paid for extra cheese and got less than usual. I asked for extra mayo and got less that the normal amount. The steak was dry, the club sand was also dry. I am thoroughly disappointed. I had to talk my girlfriend out of Publix Deli subs and into JM... I know I'm going to lose that argument next time. First, the place has really good sandwiches. But what makes them stand out is the care they take if you are unlucky enough to have a gluten allergy. They have gluten free bread(!) and this is rare for a sandwich place. They change their gloves and they use a clean knife to cut the sandwich. If you don't like to wait...I highly recommend their online ordering. It's easy to use and it's pretty reliable.
