This place is English friendly and extremely guest friendly. If you are looking for legit Italian pizza, then look no further, which I recommend is a pursue if you are in the area since it is close to Italy.
You are started off with some pretzels and crackers to snack on while you wait for the actual meal and experience the setting in where your meal will take place in. There is even a famous Michelangelo painting of the Creation of Adam, that can be found in the Sistene Chapel, and yes, it is on the ceiling.
I had the salsiccia et friarielli pizza, which is a pizza with sausages and some green leafy veggies I also had some of the salmon pizza. Both were great and extremely filling, especially with this red pepper vinegar, which is essentially similar to the crushed peppers you would find served with a Costco pizza, but in liquid form. The meal comes with a pizza knife and fork, which is a traditional way to eat pizza in Italy, unlike the American with the hands. The owner is nice and can explain to you in how to tell whether a restaurant is a legit traditional Italian restaurant, which is a great experience in of itself.
The cocktails were not too bad at €6 a drink, and the sorbet is amazingly delicious. The sorbet itself is what I would recommend if anything else. If you miss out on the sorbet here, then such is a life that you missed out on. It is that good. It is so good, that I would use the word sorbet again to emphasize on its greatness.
The service is great, and you will be checked on often at how well your meal is progressing so don't hesitate to ask if you need anything to enhance the experience. read more
