Yes, it's a small hole but it's just going to grow. It was in perfect shape when I brought it in.

So upset. Terrible experience pretty much from the get-go. I had my bike towed in on Saturday. Spewing oil everywhere. They said they would look at it Tuesday and call me. Tuesday rolls around, nothing. I called them Wednesday morning. He said he had it up on the rack looking at it and would call me right back. Nothing. So I called again on Thursday. He was full of excuses right off the bat and had to have somebody call me back. Finally, they called me back and tell me nothing was wrong with my bike, basically. So I am ecstatic and pick it up today, Friday. On the way home it died on me twice, and the lights stopped working, and the tachometer. I would say they didn't fix anything. While I was there, he told me he had washed the bike, which was obvious because it was covered in oil when I brought it in. There was a big dusty, dirty handprint on the back of my seat. I kinda wiped it off before I took the bike. When I got home, I wiped the seat off better and there's a hole in my seat. I called and ended up talking with the manager, Laith. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. He immediately denied it and said it was impossible that they could've done that to the seat. I could go on and on about what a terrible conversation that was and what terrible Customerservice I received from there supposed manager. He has no idea how to handle customers. I literally started out nice and just wanted him to take responsibility for it but he just denied it completely. He wouldn't even consider that it was a possibility that they did the damage when I had all the evidence. Why not just admit it? So lame. The whole experience was absolutely awful. And believe it or not, I am really not one to complain.

Hands down the best Harley Davidson shop I've ever been to. I've bought Harleys here they work on my bike and I buy parts from the very knowledgeable parts department. Kevin is the best.

Out riding NorCal w my buddy visiting from Denmark. His rental bike started leaking front brake fluid after he had to drop the bike in a hairpin turn. He was fine (not a scratch) but the bike wasn't as lucky. It lost a sidelight and got a bit banged up with a bent brake lever and half a ton of dirt. We had just passed a tow truck and the driver - who's name we didn't get - stopped and provided cover for us on the narrow road, and helped us righting the bike - super cool guy. Anyway, we limped down to Willits and Started called around and luckily found Gunnink's in Ukiah. Who offered to look at the problem and assist as best they could. We gunned it down 101. Leif and the crew were fantastic! They fixed the leak on the spot and even cleaned up the bike from grass and dirt and had my buddy back on the road in no time. The guys were awesome and refused payment. Luckily we could offer Leif a modern day Viking "helmet" in honor of his Viking namesake: Leif Erikson (also spelled Leif Eriksson, Old Norse Leifr Eiríksson), nicknamed Leif 'the Lucky', was a Norse Viking who is best known for arguably being the first European to have set foot on North American soil along with his crew c. 1000 CE. We were the lucky ones! Thanks guys!!

Here's my review of the Zen House:…read more My Ducati M900 is deeply emotional to me. My (now late) wife gave it to me new as a birthday present in 1998. I sold it to a friend in 2006, but then it blessedly came back to me 17 years later after she passed. The bike ran fine, but had lots of Bodega corrosion and needed a complete service. The Keihin flatslides were leaking, and the fork tubes were pitted and leaking. But again, the bike ran fine... THE BAD: I just went through two HORRIFIC experiences with two shops over the past 2 years. (#1 is in Rancho Cordova and starts with a "P", #2 is in Santa Rosa and starts with a "B"). They took $4,500 of my money, and #2 actually had to trailer my bike home because they couldn't fix it, and it wasn't rideable any more. The (just replaced) timing belts were so loose that Dave pulled them off by hand. They epoxied my old carburetors together. They changed fork seals on pitted tubes! These are shops with good reputations, but my experience with them could not have been worse. They are either grossly incompetent, or they just wanted to string me along and take my money. Either way, SO disheartening... And #2 actually didn't believe me that the bike ran well when I brought it in. He repeatedly kept telling me that "most customers don't know what a good-running bike runs like", as he's trailering my bike home! I was parts and service manager at Michael's H-D in Cotati for 7 years, I kinda know when a bike is running well or not. I've ridden bikes since I was a kid. THE GOOD (No, THE GREAT): The Zen House changed everything! OMG. It's like the clouds parted when I walked through the door. Dave and Kelley are wonderful. They found the "unavailable" flatslides and "unavailable" fork tubes that the other shops couldn't find. The entire experience was, as Dave calmly puts it, "Not a problem". AND Dave was the only one to notice that my tires were 13 years old! Dangerous, they gotta go. The other shops didn't care, or notice. THIS is the shop you want to take your motorcycle to. They have "the touch", the experience, the vibe, the extreme competence. They make good stuff happen... My deeply heartfelt Desmo is a lively, thriving beast once again because of the Zen House. My bad experiences are behind me. I am truly a lifetime customer from this point forward. Steve Ring Santa Rosa, CA

The owner and mechanic is like the shop's name describes: a guru. A Mr. Miyagi of motorbikes if you will. The service is as old-fashioned as the vibe at the shop. You'd expect a 57 Chevy to pull in to the neighboring gas station connected to the shop, and 4 gentlemen in uniform to eagerly come running to attend the traveler's needs. Stellar work ethic, friendly service, and full of zen vibes. This shop gives Mendocino county something to be proud of.
