At the dealership, every person was laid back, kind and professional. I was never pressured to buy extras or accept already installed dealer packages. horrible experience I purchased a car from them in September I drove the car one day and had to return it because it was so much wrong with it,They had me make a list the problems that was wrong with the vehicle and they promised to fix them which they did but it took a month and a half to get the car back.Once it was done being repaired they guaranteed me two free oil changes and two free tire rotation to compensate for the trouble I had,I went to get the first oil change the receptionist didn't see it in the system but one of the salesmen remembered me so that was taken care of the second time it was the same issue they didn't have it in the system but I had paperwork from the first oil change so they did it. I really regret letting them do the oil change because a few days after I got the oil change the cover underneath the car fell off while I was on the highway so I had it looked at and the mechanic said whomever did the oil change rigged it up,I reached out to the owner he asked for my info but never called me!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!!!!! read more

It started off a bit rocky, a few miscommunications here and there but I have to say Zach recovered well. There is a lot of information out there, other brands for consumers to consider but after a few snags Zach came thru, he was able provide me enough information to make this dealer, Jeep a close second. I ended up purchasing another brand , however I made an appt and would have purchased from Zach. Some dealers lack transparency, after a few conversations, Zach gave me the info I needed, Provided excellent customer service, and was responsive as I gathered info to make my decision. I also found their prices were some of the most competitive in the area so I recommend reaching out to Zach, and giving this dealership a try. I was shopping for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, limited. Very bad experience well I sent out a email to this dealer Saturday morning questions about some jeeps but I specifically said please do not bother me till after 3 o'clock in the afternoon because I have businesses in Europe and family and I don't wanna be bothered why I'm talking to them or business matters Well lo and behold. The person from this dealership did not read what I wrote. There was two things. I was very direct and repeated please do not call me till after 3 o'clock in the afternoon or 2 o'clock no messages no emails no nothing and my name is Mr. Salinas so please address me so Strike one I get this person within 20 minutes sending me emails and everything like this and requested I made nothing at all he didn't even pay attention to it. I don't even think he read it. All he wanted to do was try to get me in so no this is a customer orientated business, but I didn't see this happen here then as soon as I get emails from him, I'm getting emails from the sales manager. If you have any problems, please contact me. I will be able to help everything out well loan behold guess what I wrote four emails he did not answer one single one you know in guns has a good reputation for customer service but I guess it wasn't my day. This is the message that the sales director sent me. Everybody wants to be in charge, but nobody wants to do anything There's no inquiry I don't wanna have no business doing with this. If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership is an absolute shot show. After making promises to repair some of the dents on the vehicle it was found that the PDR tech does not know what he is doing and had drilled a hole in my door to make a repair which is not correct. The dealership has now caused structural integrity and affected the crumple zone on the vehicle. Even worse this is now going to cause an issue with one or both of the pressure sensors within the door which operate the airbags cause them to not function or deploy properly caused by this hole drilled in the bottom of the door. This dealership cannot be trusted with your vehicle because all they had done is lie and try to cover there tracks unfortunately for them there are text messages along with photo evidence that they were the one who indeed cause this issue. I am kindly asking for you to pay me for the repairs. This doesn't have to become something that turns into a huge legal battle. Accept you fucked up and pay for the damages. read more

Francesca and JT have no respect for a customer's time and money. I asked Francesca if I could come test drive a very specific vehicle that had $15,000 in discounts listed on the website. After driving two hours to get there, I find out that she isn't even there and neither is the vehicle we had been discussing. She knew that vehicle has been stuck in transport for over two months. Did they apologize for wasting my time and gas money? No. JT promised me he would make It up to me on a different vehicle, but all he did was waste my time giving me everything except the same discount that I drove there for. Then when I reminded him that they made me drive up there for a vehicle that didn't exist, he gaslit me by saying " Yeah, I live in Boerne. The drive isn't that bad." The drive is two hours one way, douche bag! That means I spent four hours on the road today and you couldn't even apologize or acknowledge how disrespectful that was for Francesca to confirm I could come test drive a vehicle that she knew was not even on the lot.
