I have purchased from this website a bunch of times and as always shipment and quality has been impeccable. However for some odd reason the last shipment was lost by FedEx, twice. The folks at the customer service, especially Adam, where extremely helpful in getting it resolved. And that is really an understatement. Adam was on it from day one and had followed up with me everyday with progress. He responded to my emails promptly, kept in touch and kept following up with FedEx until the end. I ordered a few mags for my 9MM P226. The mags did arrive on time, however, they rattle with a full accompaniment of rounds. The mags are supposedly original Sig Sauer, but I have my doubts. Haven't fired them yet. read more

Ordered magazines that stated were for my gun on their website. When I got them they didn't fit. Since I had to open them to see if they fit, they will not take them back now. Poor service took forever to ship!!! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple of dollars and order somewhere else! I contacted them after 6 days of placing my order and was told that my magazine had shipped, but when I tracked it through usps they had only printed a label. Two days later the usps finally received my package. It's in route so I will update when and if it arrives. Cheaper than dirt had the same magazine for one dollar more and their turn around time is only 1 to 2 days. I will spend the extra dollar next time!!! read more

Originally I wanted to add more to my order but couldnt get anyone on the phone or any news on my order. Terrible customer service, it's not rocket science. Ordered (2) mags and after finally shipping the order the tracking information showed a problem. After calling Gun Mag Warehouse (GMW) to inform them of the issue, I was told to refer to their shipping policy on the website and that I would have to wait 12 business days before I could file a claim. After 2 and a half weeks I called back and was given the run around by a representative, asked to speak with a manager who was just as bad. Finally, they agreed to ship another set of mags out to me but would only ship them economy. It took over 3 weeks and several phone calls to ship 2 mags from Florida to North Carolina. I understand problems and mistakes happen, however it's how a company handles the issue and the customer service provided to rectify the situation to satisfy the customer that brings them back. Unfortunately, there was no remorse or sense of urgency to satisfy me as a customer so I would never consider ordering from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered an ASC AR-15 magazine and it took over 10 days to receive it. When it arrived, the magazine was bulging near the base plate because it wasn't welded correctly. I reached out to customer service and waited 7 days for a response. The response was a vague email loaded with excuses and potential delays in the resolution process along with a return shipping label. Given my initial investment of $25, I chalked it up as a loss and moved on. I actually found similar mags on Midway USA and they are cheaper. Skip the ASC AR-15 mags from Gun Mag Warehouse if possible, they aren't worth the hassle. read more

I purchased some mags a week and a half ago. My card was charged as soon as I ordered. I logged into my account to check up on my order. It says no orders found. They have shunt down their phone line and are not responding to emails. If they can't keep up with orders and are having problems they should shut orders down until they get caught up. In fairness, I've bought here in the past without issues. This time I ordered Pmags on 11/7/20 and got a "Ready to ship" email with a UPS tracking number on 11/16/20 (so obviously my items were packaged and ready). Then nothing until 12/27/20, when I emailed their support. The response the next day was "these items are out of stock and a refund has been issued". Obviously they weren't "out of stock" when I purchased and someone dropped the ball. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. read more

Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I purchased from GunMagWarehouse. Their customer service is terrible. I recently returned an unopened purchase with an RMA. I also have tracking confirmation that they received it several days ago. Their customer service department claims they have no knowledge of the returned package and they refuse to let me talk to the person who supposedly scans in the returns. They were very abrupt bordering on rude when I contacted them. They did not want to be bothered with my inquiry. I will never do business with this company again! read more

I had ordered mags from them on the 10th, took a week to process. Had to call customer service to find out where it was. They said it would be shipped out that day. I had ordered 3 day priority shipping to get it here by the 20th for a class. It didn't get here until the 26th and they wouldn't refund me my shipping even though usps didn't have any tracking information until the 19th. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more
