It's always clean esp the restrooms. I took away 1 star bc there needs to be an atm on the upper level due to the jitney van only accepting cash. He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

The buses for the most part are comfy & from my last 2 trips were clean, not so much on time once yes the other no , patience is the key when you don't have any other choice u have to deal with it as best as possible. always recommended to arrive early depending on your destination, seems like it's always best if u don't want to get stuck in separate seats since there is no assign seating. over all is a good option to take , prices are reasonable & they have good schedules for the most part, as long as u have your tickets & don't need to deal with them directly it will be fine.

The driver would come to a complete stop, restart the bus, and keep going while cars swerved around us. A Chinese-speaking passenger told him to pull over, but he continued driving. We eventually got stuck on a freeway bridge for about 10 minutes. After finally getting off the freeway, the driver almost hit a street cart vendor. He got out, started yelling at them, got back on the bus angry, and started driving again. The Chinese-speaking passenger then told him that if he didn't pull over, he was going to call 911. Eventually everyone was stranded with no way back and no replacement bus. We finally called an Uber ourselves just to get out of the situation and get back safely. Completely unacceptable and dangerous.
