Both locations were not helpful one bit, allowing me to be even more delayed in getting a rental. It's been two weeks. Finally I contacted this location. I spoke with the AM Abby. Literally just over the phone, she answered all my questions and gave me the reassurance I would be taken care of. Less than ten minutes upon arrival, I was not only taken care off effectively but the level of customer experience she showed me was beyond words. I was treated differently and made to feel like a problem simply because my driver's license was issued by another state. If you rent vehicles to customers from different states, there is absolutely no reason to treat someone differently because of where their license was issued. The attitude and customer service I received were unacceptable. I expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case. This experience completely changed my opinion of the company, and I will not be renting from them again. Customer service needs serious improvement.
