Y'all I see the good reviews, but they're from over four years ago and I am telling you not to go…read morehere!!! I normally go to Pinch a Penny but Leslie's was closer to me at this time, and they seem to have slightly better prices so I gave them a try. Worst pool store experience I have had yet. There was an old gentleman there that was cranky, and slow, and didn't seem to care about what I personally wanted . I went in to get specific items and had them test My Water and all he did was try to sell me on several different things I know I didn't need. Plus, they didn't have the item that I actually needed . I left and went back to pinch a Penny and told them some of the information the guy had told me and they said that was completely wrong and that it should be illegal to give out bad information They have someone working at Pinch Penny that came from Leslie's and he vouched that they were only told to upsell, And had very little training . I will happily spend a little more money to have knowledgeable and friendly service .

Ask for Tammy, she is outstanding! We even bought our salt water system from her when we moved here 3 years ago; she use to work at the SW Cape Coral location. Now we call to see where she is and drive extra to get her professional advice. Thanks Tammy!

The young girl that works at the check-out counter is evidentially happy to do no more than that. Stock for floats and pool toys was very low a few months ago but this visit we noticed a nice variety of items being offered.

Periodically I use their free water testing service even though I test at home. They give me weird looks when they see the length of time between my documented tests and make a point of stating how long it's been. Ironically my water is usually spot-on. Just recently I had an issue with particulate in my water. I called another store on Cape Coral Parkway for advice. But I purchased the chemical at the location in this review and followed up with some questions on getting the flocculate out of my pool. I received no assistance other than being told I shouldn't be doing things I don't know about. Pretty ignorant, so I called the store on Cape Coral Parkway in Camelot Isles. SO HELPFUL!!! They spent time on the phone and walked me through some steps. So on this note I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE ON PINE ISLAND RD and do suggest the one on Cape Coral Parkway. Your treatment as a customer will be reflected differently at each location Each store is independently owned.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My pool was completed exactly 13 months ago. About a month ago I…read morenoticed my pool kept losing water after I filled it up completely. I called proline pools about my problem because it was still under warranty, and the lady told me that they were under new management and they could not fix my pool. She said she'd speak with the previous owner Robert. Ok, after a lot of back & forth bullshit, I could not get a hold of Robert, the new owner would not fix my pool, so I called in a pool tech from Red Rhino, and within an hour he located the leak. It came from the pipe connected to one of my circulators. They came out within 2 days and fixed the leak, he even showed me the busted pipe, and where he dug it out. Red Rhino is a great company, but this was an expensive repair because mind you my pool was sitting dormant for about a month and green algae had taken over, so even after the leak I had Red Rhino to give me a quote on the algae removal (which was $400) because I could not get a hold of anyone from proline pools. Overall, I had to foot a tab of $2,500. Even after I sent them the damn repair bill, I haven't heard a single peep from anyone at proline pools. I was thinking about filing a lawsuit, but I won't be petty about how they were to me. A $90,000 custom pool had a $2500 leak nearly one year after being built, & no one there would honor their workmanship after I contacted them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR POOL!
