Selma serves modern Danish smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches). I came with a few friends for lunch…read moreand we ordered:
* Cod, beetroot, capers, horseradish, and poached egg
* Herbsalted salmon, bergamot, trout roe, winter radish, and pearl onion
* Jerusalem artichoke, winter truffle, hazelnut, and apple
* Prästost aged for 38 months, Knäckebröd, and apple
Our favorite was the cod, followed by the salmon. The Jerusalem artichoke was underseasoned, and tasted like dried potatoes. The shaved truffle on the Jerusalem artichoke did not have any taste (1 star off); it seemed decorative only. The prästost was a good hard cheese, but Knäckebröd was a dry cracker, so it was not an open-faced sandwich at all (1 star off). Maybe we ordered the wrong things. The presentations looked beautiful though.
