I left that day after nearly 2hours, with uneven polish, debris in the polish, polish on my skin, and acrylic residue on my hands from the soak off. I went back two days later bc the polish was already chipped!! She tried once more, and it's worse than the first time. I asked her just to remove it all, bc the acrylic was even starting to chip after 3polish tries. She refused, offered a $10 refund for polish. The salon itself was not clean, and I wish I had saved the $50.

Today was a mother/daughter date with mani and pedi requested. Staff was very helpful and transparent on classic vs gel polishes and asked to confirm if we were okay before applying with the designs we preferred. Quiet and convenient location with sweet staff. Selah is the best in her artwork! I provided a picture idea and she replicated it perfectly. Look at the cute micro florals! Hope to be able to visit again soon.

I was visiting Jackson, MS from Texas, for a work trip, and had an upcoming vacation, where I was…read moremeeting up with someone very special. My nails were looking worse for wear, and I NEEDED to get them done! I've had nail PTSD from a local Texas salon, and was super hesitant to try somewhere else, nonetheless out of town. After reading carefully the reviews and consulting with my girlfriends, I chose Nancy's. Nancy's nail spa is everything a nail salon promises to be. Clean, beautiful, and a welcoming atmosphere. I am a shy person, but everyone, from staff to patrons were warm. This is a REAL salon. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pampering experience. How often have you gone to a salon and the workers were cold and you felt like you were inconveniencing them? Not at Nancy's. I felt like a local and had to be honest, the best nail experience of my life. Michelle did a beautiful job on my nails. I had some nail splits on my thumbs, and she repaired them really nicely. She gave me advice on how to continue to grow/repair them from my botch job in Texas, and was very kind throughout it all. I kept saying, "I feel like a lady!" after she was done as she really made me look and feel great! I hope I get sent to Jackson again for work real soon... so I can return to Nancy's for a manicure!
