During those two…read moreyears we've had to exchange his instrument for a larger size a couple of times due to his growth. The service we have received has always been great! There is always someone welcoming us when we walk in the store, and they are always knowledgeable about the rental exchange process. If the instrument we needed was unavailable in the Arlington store, they would get one in quickly and keep us informed during the wait (usually about a week). Recently, we had the misfortune of his viola being taken and had to call for a replacement. Since we had the rental insurance in place, this process was as simple as the exchanges we had done previously. However, this time, the store manager went out of his way to drive across DFW to pick up the instrument we needed so that our son didn't have to miss a full week of rehearsal and practice time. Wow!! We were blown away, we had offered to make the drive if they were able to find one in the area, but Steve took customer service to the next level to help us out!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I Was sold the wrong string for my…read moredaughter's cello due to the store mislabeling the package. The lady working was rude and argumentative. The package was not even opened and she could see the sales history in her computer. She finally agreed to exchange it for a string she said should work as this was "partially" their mistake. I was then charged $5 more dollars because the one that should work was apparently more expensive. It gets better...... the package on the one we paid the additional amount for was opened and had a higher price tag over the lower one. They lost a customer today!!!

I worked with Nicholas a few weeks ago because my cello was in dire need of repairs. I got my bridge, soundpost, and strings replaced, as well as a seam repair, for a very fair price. Nick was communicative the whole process. Edward (my cello) came back as good as new. My previous cello was made by their luthier, and it is still in excellent condition. I am very fond of that instrument. I trust Wayne Burak and Associates with my repairs, upkeep, and everything else associated with my instruments. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Burak asked all the right questions, brought violins specifically for the preferences I shared. I had his undivided attention for an hour while we went through an impressive number of violins...at least a dozen. He didn't pressure me. He gave me honesty and the freedom to pick an instrument that I enjoyed. He discounted a new case and even offered a free rehair for my bow. Amazing service. A kind man. Tremendous selection. He remembers your name; he makes sure he has your best interest in the center of the sale. I live quite some distance from their shop, but they have a very happy customer.
