He gave me honesty and the freedom to pick an instrument that I enjoyed. He discounted a new case and even offered a free rehair for my bow. Amazing service. A kind man. Tremendous selection. He remembers your name; he makes sure he has your best interest in the center of the sale. I live quite some distance from their shop, but they have a very happy customer.
