Each time the server was taking a new order, they'd have to go to through the kitchen doors and get a box (why couldn't the boxes be by the desserts?). There are also no labels on the desserts which causes a lot of slowness as people in line inquire about each dessert and the ingredients in them. This causes significant build up in the line as we wait for each person to review each dessert.
