Beech Tree also has a little shop that have some drinks, trinkets, clothes, decor, etc. that my fiance says is adorable, cute, etc. If you love going to the beach and want to stay at a place owned by some nice people rather than some big corporately owned motel/hotel with no personality or character, check this place out! You won't be disappointed. We haven't, we're planning our 4th trip back here hopefully sooner than later!

They did put snacks and drinks out for people to have during the day, which was a nice touch. The place was easy to find and they offered free bicycles to use. There were beach towels and things. You could use the fire pit and corn hole too. They also offered free kayak use down the street. No shortage of things to do.

The event itself had some issues, like pure silence before the opening act. Felt a bit amateur; at least try to transition! Also, there was a big gap between the openers and the headliner. The guy doing tickets basically shrugged. The crowd on this given night was pretty diverse and excited to hear DJ Lag, whose unique genre of electronic music kept most of us intrigued and entertained. No liquor license yet, which was a drag. I recently held an event here for a good friend of mine..stag party with 80+ guests. It's slim…read morepickin' trying to find an affordable event hall for a smaller, and lower budget shindig. The polish National Alliance owns this property..a big property at that, 2-3 acre lot. There is a large field to the renters disposal, a large parking area, outside seating, outdoor commercial kitchen, and then a good sized indoor hall (190 person capacity). The hall is well maintained and updated throughout. Great lighting, quality tables and chairs (all included with rental), a newer commercial kitchen, and two large bathrooms. Booking this event was pretty simple, the person in charge was easy to talk to and straight forward. All we needed was a date and a security deposit. The rental was 12pm-12am for $650 (more for a stag, wonder why..ha). Only gripe I had was the expectation to return it in the same clean condition we found it in...in a building with absolutely no cleaning supplies. I had to send someone out for paper towels and even soap for the kitchen..and we made due with a push broom to do a final cleanup. Oh and don't forget oven mits if you have an event here..luckily my group of guys have lead fingers.
