The problem is that he collected rent for the month of Nov on Dec 16 and has not sent it to me and obviously not responding. Looks like he just changed the name of the business from Rental options LLC to now All island property options. I even tried to get in touch with him through another realtor he works for ( exit Home Realty) without success Now I am left to sue him for the rent money he collected and never sent. BE WARE!! Waited more than 24 hours for a response and when we did get one it was the Realty 3 agent contacting my agent asking if it was my highest and best offer. I countered with a 10k higher offer and they took someone else's offer for less money and who's offer came after mine. My wife was actually in tears over this and is utterly heartbroken along with myself. This is no way to conduct business. It is totally unprofessional and prejudicial in every way. I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will be inquiring to see if there is some type of recourse and an oversight agency for ethics violations.

I have sat in the living room with friends and a glass of wine in front of the fire, spent hours in the chairs on the patio with family I'm visiting, and grabbed too many of the snacks that are always available. Hotels offer a place to stay and you go out and visit friends, but when you are at the Homestead, everyone comes to you because it is that welcoming. Not to mention the amazing breakfast. If I had to make a complaint, it is that I keep buying stuff after my visits, the latest being a towel warmer because, well, is there anything better? Trust me, it is that special.
