For well over a month not once did your company inform me of this. Now as of today you cut my service off and didn't notify me at all my service was going to be cut off. Then I pay my balance I owe and then you tell me my stuff can't be picked up on today's pickup day. Seriously it should be crime to cut service off for a Fing low balance. It not like I owed YOU PEOPLE $500+ bill to cut off service. But $14 and nobody sent letter or called. My boyfriend works for WM Golf Course in Scottsdale and is even applaud by this. Whoever reads this and works in office you should get your act together and stay on top of mail orders cause this is stupid.
