For well over a month not once did your company inform me of this. Now as of today you cut my service off and didn't notify me at all my service was going to be cut off. Then I pay my balance I owe and then you tell me my stuff can't be picked up on today's pickup day. Seriously it should be crime to cut service off for a Fing low balance. It not like I owed YOU PEOPLE $500+ bill to cut off service. But $14 and nobody sent letter or called. My boyfriend works for WM Golf Course in Scottsdale and is even applaud by this. Whoever reads this and works in office you should get your act together and stay on top of mail orders cause this is stupid.

Pros: - Open 7 days a week…read more- Helpful and friendly employee - Close parking - Good prices Cons: - None Thank goodness Chico has a CRV recycling facility again so that I don't have to drive all the way to Oroville. On my first visit to S&L an extremely helpful young man brought garbage cans to my vehicle to put my recycling in, helped me empty it out of my vehicle, helped me sort it, and then carried the cans to the scale. Everything he did was out in the open, transparent, and the scale had a Butte County seal on it. I'm happy with the amount of money that I received. I'll definitely be doing all of my CRV recycling here from now on.

Didn't really want to drive all the way out to Douglas. Asked someone about Lincoln recycling and they mentioned this one behind Safeway. Looked it up on Yelp and recognized the name, NorCal Recycling, to be the same as the Douglas location. Drove over there and was surprised to see owner Adrian there too! Turns out this is a newer location and he goes between both. Very professional, friendly and I was in and out in a matter of minutes with a cleaner garage and cash in my hands. I love how the other employee sees me coming in my car and comes over with the bins all ready to go. Even helps me unload! That's good customer service!
