The director, Matthew, is very knowledgeable about the treatment of patients with connective tissue disorders including HSD and EDS. If you have one of these disorders, you know the difficult task of finding a PT that truely understands the disorder and all the related issues that accompany it, and how to treat them in the therapeutic setting. The staff also has fun making, PT not the monotonous and boring hospital-like setting that I'm used to. I actually kinda like going...which is a first for PT. I know the other reviews on here are much older, so I also wanted to give another update: I'm attending therapy again (it's in my blood) and doing shoulder therapy. I've had a chance with working with several of the therapists and they are all wonderful. This is the place that will listen to you and what your body is saying unlike so many PTs in the past have pushed me too fast and I've ended up worst. I absolutely recommend them for anyone needing PT but especially for those with connective tissue disorders like HSD/EDS/hEDS.

Staff was pleasant and informative at each step. My nurse Christine was very nice at explaining things to me during the prep stage. She made me feel more comfortable considering I'm not a fan of medical procedures. Dr. DeLacy was both informative and down to earth friendly. The procedure only takes a few minutes although with the prep time and after care your looking at about 1 1/2 - 2 hours for your visit.

The most important part is the way they do chiropractic medicine, from the get they do a full eval on you where your pain is and so on, they also scan your back at every appointment so they can see if there are issues or concerns, and so the Doc knows where to focus on. They use drop tables and just the right amount of force to properly align and fix your back issues. They always greet with a smile, and are never too busy to answer a question (even if I've asked it more than once). They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use.
