A 70 year old living with us at a Bright Harbor Healthcare Group Home set his only place to live on fire on a beautiful peninsula when a paradise became an inferno is not by mere chance but by the neglect of this organization. Everybody is coerced and sedated here to take medication and they force everybody into a five day a week program and sit them in front of the TV while getting funded to give absolutely no support or direction for clients they are literally getting funded for all them to watch tv. Six months ago the fire happened and I still don't have any of my belongings which costed thousands of dollars and no information about the insurance policy or reimbursement. While on the floor in extreme organ pain they found it as the perfect chance to retailate and make disgusting false allegations to hospitalizations so grotesque and not true I have to appeal it out my hospital chart which I am calling medical neglect completely ignoring my organ pain and as a result the hospital dismissed it as paranoia from the disturbing allegations and showing a complete lack of empathy or consideration tryna hospitalize me for my birthday. This organization completely ruined my life and made me suffer in unbearable ways and Bright Harbor helping me instead they used the so called "house leaders" time here to document me for liability and by harassing and pushing buttons just so they have something bad to right about me to prove I'm the one in the wrong. Don't ever trust Bright Harbor Healthcare or their motto, this organization don't care about anybody besides getting paid for no effort.

Clients are treated like livestock--processed, not cared for--with no real compassion, insight, or empathy. What makes it even worse is that the more 'heads' they collect for profit, the less they actually help anyone. People who genuinely want or need support end up ignored or discarded because real work doesn't fit into their profit model. The more they gather bodies to inflate their numbers, the more their ability to truly serve anyone collapses--they stockpile clients far beyond the shallow help they're capable of providing. It feels as though maximizing profit through neglect has become the priority, not genuine progress or support. At this point, it's hard to understand the purpose of this organization beyond looking good on paper and justifying their funding to the state.

I showed up for my first appointment and waited for 45 minutes before I got up to ask what's wrong. Turns out that they just completely forgot all about me. Despite having my appointment card (in their handwriting), they just didn't seem to care at all and suggested that I refer to the "Psychology Today" website to find a different clinician. Very bizarre. I had just been discharged from an Intensive Outpatient Program (and a psychiatric hospital before that) and these people just completely ghosted me. I got the impression that the clinicians at Mindful Solutions aren't really up to the task of treating severe psychiatric disorders. Nice work, Mindful Solutions [/sarcasm].
