Layssa assisted me during my visit and was very helpful throughout the process. She helped track down sizes, checked inventory, and arranged to have three of the sport coats shipped directly to me, which were out of stock in my size in the store. Pricing was in line with what you'd expect from an outlet location. Not cheap, but reasonable for the quality. Overall, a smooth shopping experience.
