NU2U or Scr$$ u? Depends on Whether you are buying or selling…read more The good for buyers; opportunities to get a-lot of good quality stuff for better than retail prices. Of course Nu2U is a success. they are sitting in shopaholic Heaven at Jackson outlets. The bad; for them nothing comes to my mind right away. And...NU2U has quite a PR campaign going. Quite a show on instagram and facebook posts. They get lots of great reviews...mostly from happy buyers, who don't seem to understand who really provides them with these great deals and enough leftover to pay rent and salaries and all the PR and appearances of doing good. That would be people who enter in consignment agreements with Nu2u that are expected to let go of their more highly valued stuff for a lot less. So, For sellers now- ok! I was a consignor this past year but I decided to quit. reasons: 1) I found really isn't enough in it for me as a seller to bother; mostly because of too much effort and $$ involved in preparing and transporting items to them to sell and then very low payouts - combined with unpleasant interactions with some of the store associates. Some of The store associates did not appear (at least to me, anyway) the same people as they appear to be in those perky instagram posts. But you can't see their fangs on instagram. I found some to be quick to tell you when you are not following their contract but don't you dare call them out on anything. The last time I went to the store to pick up my unsold consignments a store associate refused to release them 3 days early from the 45 day consignment period unless I paid a 25 percent pen-al-ty to the store. But- technically I wasn't 3 days early; because she was two weeks late acknowledging my consignments! Also, at that time she admitted that she wouldn't be interested in re consigning any of the unsold items in this batch anyway if I left them. But-she asserted herself and made her point if there was one. and then, during the time of this discussion taking place, another store associate, who I later found out to be the owner's mother, walked up and inserted herself into the conversation to provide backup to her, or to be less polite, to gang up on me. she stared me down, growled like an angry zoo animal might and then attempted to reprimand/dress me down publicly in the store. She forgot to supply the popcorn. I left the store without my unsold items and haven't picked them up since. Not worth it. I made a mental note of how much money they made off of me this past year and it didn't sit well with me. People that have popular designer stuff and just want to downsize with no other agenda will do ok here. But, decide if donating yourself is a better option, if you really want "do good" to avoid the additional investment of the time and energy in driving to the store, making sure your clothes are labeled and gift wrapped appropriately, not bothering the staff on Mondays, the weekends or any other days they are either busy or closed, And to recap: potentially having to deal with various unprofessional behaviors from store associates; (ex. ganging up on you in public, dissing you and relying on enough plausible deniability to get away with it). And don't ever expect any accountability as in, for example, I know better than to ask why a couple of months ago I got $7.60 for a $160 pair of size 8 Bjorn loafers never worn. But they won't be getting any more new pairs of Bjorn loafers from me. Another note as to why it's about to get alot harder for sellers; I believe that it's become more popular to consign there. As that had evolved, they show signs of overwhelm as reflected in the complaints I described. The last time I was in the store to try to retrieve my consignments before they declared ownership of my things and/or gave them away (as per their one sided contract) I observed that a-lot of my things were jammed in racks where nobody was likely to find it. Something's got to give! But that may self correct if more consigners besides me start to not feel the love.

I have always found the Alex & Ani bracelet I want, I buy as gifts and for my own collection. I…read morereally like to take my time walking around the store and finding neat things, I recently bought some baby items for my co-worker that was having a baby girl, she loved the gifts. Prices range form average to pricey but as always it depends on what "pricey" is to you. I find the clothes really not my taste or size, but I have added a scarf or two to my accessory box. Mini-MI loves to buy little knickknacks for her room and as gifts for birthdays. Everything is in little sections and by occasion, there isn't much elbow room in some sections-- so I would suggest you carry your toddler or baby, not room for a stroller. It can be really warm inside I don't think its from the heater as much as its a small building without open windows and twice the perfume or air freshener is a bit overpowering. We have yet to eat at the café but I have had friends who have enjoyed it in the summer time and say its nice. I'll have to check it out.

A cute shop. Coming from out of the area, it was a bit of a hike in the middle of nowhere, and the…read moreouter appearance made me doubt whether I'd like it. What exactly is in the building directly behind the parking lot? I imagine on a summer day with the patio fully being utilized, this would make for a more appealing landscape. Upon entering the small shop, inviting scents and visually appealing colors welcomed me. Because it was Valentine's day weekend, the shop was covered in beautiful flowers. Everywhere I looked there were flowers. Roses to be exact. The store is arranged nicely for the amount of space they are working with. Be very careful...this is not a place to bring your stroller into unless you want to risk knocking something off the rack. Prices are a bit steep. I can understand to an extent. The chocolates being sold were from another store (as per the label), so in order to make a profit, there had to be an upcharge. It makes sense...you're paying a little more for the convenience of gettting...say the chocolate and some other gift all in one place. It's nice to have the option, but if you're looking for reasonable prices, it isn't happening here. I appreciate the off the wall items that are unique. They have Alex and Ani, and other bracelet brands I haven't heard of that might be the next hit. I was bummed about not seeing the entry forms for the lipstick kiss contest. Over by that area was some coffee and mini biscotti. I wasn't sure if this was complimentary or something you had to pay for. A sign would help. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little too helpful for my taste, but I'm just a person who would rather look around on my own. I'm certain, on this weekend in particular, some of the men found the willingness to help pick out items and answer questions very pleasing. The bag you receive your purchase in is cute. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted to be on the mailing list as opposed to asked for all of my contact info prior to ringing me up. In a small shop like this, I didn't know if it was a requirement of sorts for the transaction because it wasn't mentioned to me what the info was for. Overall, this shop definitely has a niche - there aren't many places that specialize in some more unique women's gifty items as well as serve a light fare amidst a patio. I'm glad this shop exists, and I like that they have a Yelp promo. I'd return if I was in the area.

Primark is a great place to shop for reasonably priced and good quality clothes. Ever since I was…read moreintroduced to Primark it became a habitual shopping place for me. You will never find a store, like Primark where they sell very trendy sneakers for just 11 dollars! Primark has anything from 60 cent flip flops to a bed sheet set! I really enjoyed the experience until Primark started introducing changes to their locations. For the past year I start noticing a pattern when Primark started downsizing their stores, not just here in Freehold, as well as King of Prussia. Ever since that change Primark experience have changed. There is less stock on the floor now and it is a lot more packed with longer lines for customer service. They used to have a separate counter for just returns and exchanges which helped many people to avoid big crowds and now it's no longer there. The men section became very small, with barely any new stock for months. It is truly not the same experience anymore. It would have been great If central jersey Primark as well as King of Prussia locations never been downsized. Thank you for reading this and I hope you find this helpful.

Think of the crumbling Sears department store chain, take one of their vacated stores and fill it with cheap disposable clothing and you have the essence of Primark. The dated retail monstrosity of Freehold Raceway Mall has never been a personal favorite but the absolute dishevelment inside Primark makes the rest of the place feel like Rodeo Drive. Shelves... why bother... just dig through the threadbare rags on the floor. Hey, there's a really nifty polyester sport coat I can wear to my next arraignment. I saw it first clown, give it back. So, you wanna play rough... You get the picture. Just having the jacket on for two minutes compelled other shoppers to spontaneously give me money. Why bother with a tin cup. I never thought that any retailer could be worse than Sears but Primark certainly has aspirations to that fetid crown. Two polyester stars.
