Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific type of shoe I needed, but whenever I've come here to shop for clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, or skincare products, I've found high-quality items and brands at very good prices. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.

Jennifer, along with Jacky, made every visit enjoyable. Their energy, attentiveness, and care set them apart in a way that's hard to find. They didn't just work there they elevated the entire shopping experience. Which is why it's so frustrating and disappointing that neither of them seem to be there anymore. The turnover at this location feels constant every time I walk in, there are new faces, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It no longer feels welcoming, and honestly, it makes me not want to shop at the Paramus location at all. For customers like me who spend a significant amount of money and time in this store, the experience matters just as much as the products. Employees like Jennifer and Jacky are rare, and it's hard to understand why a company wouldn't do everything possible to retain people who clearly care about their work and their customers.
