We had an attic that was not circulating any air and causing a whole host of issues. Javier came to our home to assess the situation. We worked out plan and he provided a fair quote which we both agreed upon. On the scheduled work day, Javier and his team arrived on time and did exactly as planned. 2 bathroom vent fans were installed in a timely manner. While in the attic, Javier cleared the soffits of insulation and ensured all the baffles were stapled back up and operating the way they should be. By doing this, the air circulation in the attic was vastly improved and the impact could immediately be felt. This is by no means the end of all our attic issues, but this is definitely a good start. Throughout the whole process, Javier and his team were courteous and made sure we were aware of what was going on at all times. He took pictures to show what was done and alerted us to other areas of concern. Final payment was exactly what was agreed upon.
