After having a bad experience with a different company (dirty water spots on my carpet, streaks, and no returned calls) I was hesitant to get them professionally cleaned again but decided we just couldn't wait any longer and so I did a Yelp search. Pro Window Cleaning reviews really stood out for their excellence and I can now say deservingly, too. I then called their number and to my amazement, it was immediately picked up by Robert, the company owner. He was able to give me an estimate later that afternoon after going over service options. I could tell from the expertise he conveyed during our conversation that we were in very good hands. He and a crew member arrived on the date we selected and they were pleasant, efficient, thorough, and so professional! They were also respectful of our home, inside and out. Best of all, my windows now look amazing! It's almost as if there is no glass there. No streaks or no dirty water spots even when direct sunlight streams through them. Wow! All the screens are perfect, too. I had one follow-up question later that day and once again, Robert called me back within minutes. He knows definitely his stuff, is exceedingly easy to work with and always pleasant. :) If you need his services -- which also includes cleaning gutters and heating/cooling air ducts to minimize dust and allergens -- look no further! Pro Window & Gutter Cleaning is a well-run company that gets the job done right! Since my plans had changed and I was staying home I replied via text message that would work. The next day I went out to get cleaning supplies and figured I better confirm what time they would be coming. I NEVER SENT THE TEXT. They accommodated me anyway and a team arrived at 4:30 and worked 3 hours to clean and semi-organize my storage & utility rooms. They did a great job and it only cost me $160. Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.
